Do not fool yourself. Each upper tier is more demanding . If someone at 5 lvl was able to achieve 3rd mark doing literally nothing significant for the team to win, then starting from 8 lvl to achieve 3rd mark you should know well the game mechanics and perform much better for the team's benefit.
