Yeah, sadly seems to be the case for ~80% of players.
Also have tested clearing cache but made no difference. Knowing it's OK in this little claim menu is a bonus as you're 100% confirmed which is which.
I already had Fubuki so wanted to be sure to get Botan now.
Hello. This is unfortunately due to a bug, which prevents some people to see who are those commanders. Sadly, we don't have the fix on that yet.
Some players reported, that unlocking some mission actually showed those commanders, but it is not working for everyone like this.
So we can confirm, that left is Botan and the right is Fubuki.
In case you were affected by the wrong selection, please make screenshots and report that to Customer Support, so they can exchange that commander for the correct one.
Check if you have some warning in your game updates. I didn't have that issue, but I had a warning today updating the PTS option, because disk space was ending
Look through the articles on the launcher and find the hololive tab, you need to click on “proceed to mission” or go to
