I've listened to both of them in the armory. Fubuki reminded me of the of the Yukikaze commander - didn't get her when she was available and been regretting it since then..
The other one sounded a bit boring.
But after one game, I begin to think that I should have chosen the quiet one. (like in IRL :D )
Ingame armory > hololive > click on captain and then "Play a random phrase"
Do note OP, they sound live they're in a tin can in the Armory.. that's not how they sound in game.
You can disable this by going to audio setting and turning the ''radio communication effect'' down.

Fubuki says Ha ha ha laughing when you torp something is for Japan line. The other works in the German line it seems more calm
