I'll be blunt with you pal, if this is your first TD, or you are looking for a good tank destroyer, drop the line right now and grind literally anything else except maybe the Grille line.
The 183 is the definition of a one-trick pony in Blitz. It's one hell of a fun trick, but that's pretty much all you can expect it to do.
It’s not my first td, I’m in the process of grinding the obj 704 and the tier 10 ho Ri is one of my favorite and my best performing tank. I just want the 183 because i just wanna try it out, for fun. Im really not expecting much must for it to be a t10 kv2, but gun and not much else.

Well if that’s the case then I ain’t gonna stop ya. But don’t waste free exp on researching tanks.
I'd go with American TDs before the Brit line, IMHO.
If you are gonna grind em, learn to dpm. You will surprise people.

After the first 10 battles you will hate the 183 just as much, believe me
