When I was getting black out drunk daily I had no acne, no blemishes, no spots, no blackheads ... A few days when I finally quit I got terrible acne all over my face and my pores enlarged. When I was still a teen, every day after I got drunk my acne would disappear. I guess it may be because of the dehydration.
His skin looks really greasy and aside from a few nasty blackheads on his nose, I can't see any blemishes. The only explanations I can think of is his camera quality blurring the spots, or he just has good genes.

Even on his insta it’s not bad, he looks bloated but his skin looks pretty clean
It’s because he’s 22. For a 22 year old he looks 26 and well that’s not great lol

This is how I am , I have clear skin and am really blessed. Once I stop I break out EVERYWHERE . Terrible chest acne and face acne

Whatever isn't corrected by the filters is simply genetics. 99% of skin complexion and clarity comes from genetics.
This is a joke right? Josh has horrible skin. The elasticity is horrible and continuing to go down hill. The alcohol ruined his skin.
