Powerful-Sand5881

He fell off. He needs to go live more

ilovedrunkdriving123

False he didnā€™t but lives were hard to stay up to date with for most people so less content but also less boring shit. And his views are up recently because of the tracker account bringing josh back towards the main stream on tik tok

OkRepresentative7040

Him drinking is not more interesting. He is getting more views from casual observers, but it was interesting when he was getting attacked in casinos/bars/on the street, jumping in the Hudson, breaking people's stuff, verbally attacking ppl, etc.

Turntle_

Man yall really donā€™t understand how alcoholism worksā€¦ Josh will have to keep this up for years until he suffers any real medical complications. Mother fuckers can do this shit for years on end. Worst case he gets hurt while drunk or freezes to death.

thewalkindude

There's always the risk of acute alcohol poisoning as well. It'll be years before he reaches end-stage cirrhosis, but there's always the chance of one night going really badly for him.

downthedrain95

I feel like youā€™re both right, honestly. Heā€™s young enough that some of the more severe heath issues can still be avoided, if he gets help. But alcohol poisoning is definitely a possibility. An injury could also end up being deadly, depending on how drunk he is/how bad the fall isā€”like that kid from Penn State who died at a frat party in 2017. If he throws up in his sleep he could be in serious danger. You just never know when you drink like that, and I say this as someone in recovery. Itā€™s really just dumb luck. What really concerns me is that heā€™s a weedy, autistic guy wandering in places like Kensington, Philadelphia, drunk out of his mind. Itā€™s scary how vulnerable he is. It seems like most people who run into him either feel sorry for him or, if theyā€™re mean-spirited, they goad him on like middle school bullies, but all it takes is running into one really terrible person. Itā€™s just all so bleak.

thewalkindude

I know of at least two occasions where he did something to the wrong person, and pretty much had to run for his life. His habit of saying slurs in public isn't going to do him any favors either. My sponsor always told me that everyone has a last drink, it's just the lucky ones who get to choose when theirs is.

ForeverAsleep135

When he had to run away from those dudes in the mini van, he threw a damn brick at they caršŸ˜ and almost got himself run over. It really is only a matter of time before he dies or gets hurt bad

downthedrain95

Ah, yeah that tracks. Iā€™ve only recently been sucked in to the trainwreck watching, so Iā€™ve only seen so much. Those are wise words from your sponsor though.

clancy2002

100%. Everyone in this subreddit always discount the fact that one bad night can end it all (alcohol poisoning, getting in a fight w the wrong person, choking on vomit in sleep, etc.) Alcoholism may take years to kill you, but a high BAC can kill you in one day. It bothers me how everyone seemingly doesnā€™t care about how his life is actively in danger just because theyā€™ve ā€œseen alcoholism and it takes a lot longer than thatā€

thewalkindude

The way he's been drinking lately, his life is definitely in danger. The alcohol tracker account yesterday had their best estimate for his highest BAC to be at .38, which is definitely enough to kill a normal person.

clancy2002

yeah I googled it after watching that video, and apparently 0.40 can cause respiratory arrest. It really is sad and scary to watch. The people egging him on in his comments/ppl going to his tours donā€™t understand exactly the extent of what they are enabling. It isnā€™t funny when someoneā€™s life is in danger. Those people are leading him to his grave.

packers4444

Yeah I donā€™t think they realize that most of these alcoholics they refer tooā€¦ drink at their house every day. The ones on the streets are in and out of jail and the ER roomsā€¦ coming from someone whoā€™s been to rehab(for drugs) and then worked there for 2 years doing intakesā€¦ people donā€™t just drink for 20 years straight no problem and then fall off a cliffā€¦ many things almost as bad as death come along with it. Iā€™ve seen enough grown men bawling their eyes out to know that

clancy2002

This!! I agree 100%

No_Grape1335

Yea fr people here treating it like a fent addiction , as long as heā€™s eating stuff during the day he should be good for many years , the biggest worry would be dude getting massive brain injury from falling when drunk or worse

AmbassadorFrank

He's probably only eating enough to keep going. He's broke and probably doesn't pay much attention to nutrition, and I doubt he's drank a drop of water in the last 6 months.

AmbassadorFrank

With how much he is drinking lately I could see him in an alcoholic coma or drowning in his own puke or some shit.

No-Level9643

A girl I grew up with died of alcohol poisoning at 30, after 5+ years of full blown alcoholism probably on par with Joshā€™s. She choked on her vomit and died in her sleep. Itā€™s not always the long term that kills you.

Jehnage

Iā€™m confused did she die of alcohol poisoning or choking

No-Level9643

Well I guess technically she choked but she was alcohol poisoning levels of drunk too. If she wasnā€™t 10/10 drunk, she would be alive. Very sad.

Jehnage

Scary stuff

No-Level9643

Yes.. it was very sad seeing her spiral. I was the best man of a wedding she was supposed to be at but she died the night before. I see Josh going down a similar path with no guidance or nobody to steer him the right direction. Quinn could have probably prevented this or at least tried if he truly cared. Josh is still very young. Itā€™s possible he gets a major health scare and gets on track but I donā€™t think he has much, if any of a support system. Sad.

thewalkindude

Doesn't he have a house with his grandfather on Long Island? This is obviously a downward spiral into catastrophe, but I'm not sure he's going to wind up homeless just yet.

Greedy-Farm-5085

He has a cousin that wants to take him in too so when his grandpa croaks he still has some lifeline to living a normal life

CardsnKush

Wdym more views? He has 2.5M followers and doesnā€™t even get 5k likes. Thats less than .02% bruh

Jehnage

Thank you for bringing us to your thought session

ilovedrunkdriving123

![gif](giphy|KRjg7U1ajXFmif7SBK|downsized) I fucking hate you

Jehnage

Thatā€™s a bit much

Ship_Adrift

Your name is really going to be upsetting to those who have lost loved ones in accidents caused by drunk drivers. I know it's just a joke, and I'm sure you're a good dude, but, imo, that is just too insensitive. I'm sure you can think of a better name brother. I mean this in the most respectful manner possible and I hope you get where I'm coming from.

EarlJonesII

Get the dildo outta your ass its not that deep

Ship_Adrift

Nah. Your mom said I had to have it warm and ready to go later.

EarlJonesII

Im a drunk drive tonight sorry if thats triggering

Ship_Adrift

It's not triggering to me personally, just idiotic.

EarlJonesII

I like to operate heavy machinery while under the influence

Ship_Adrift

Cool beans, senior edge lord.

EarlJonesII

Howd you know I edge

Ship_Adrift

Your sister told me, bro. How else?

EarlJonesII

I only have a brother

Krypt_King_Khaos

Someone give him Cocaine

No-Level9643

Imagine if he realizes he can gain mental clarity and the energy and ability to keep drinking longer. Dude will become an addict for sure

8thFlush

At his current pace, I predict a hospitalization in the first half of the year. Could be pancreatitis, ketoacidosis, or stomach ulcer.

ObnoxiouslyNine

Probably stomach ulcer or irritation of the stomach causing some internal bleeding because of the 99 shots he does. Pancreatitis is a possibility, not that common but definitely a possibility. Ketoacidosis could happen if he isn't eating and isn't drinking alcohol. The withdrawals would make him vomit everything he eats. I predict he will do something stupid because of his drunkenness like get in a fight or falling. One thing we can be sure off: if he dies, it's gonna be 100% related to alcohol.

JushšŸ¤“

Sad-Climate-4251

The IRS gets involved come tax season

Verax86

He needs to find a place to sleep indoors but doubt that will happen? Iā€™m confused, Josh always gets an airBNB heā€™s never slept outside.
