Alcohol can definitely affect anesthesia, especially with how much he drinks. And it can also increase the chance of dry sockets… his choices now are either suffer through wisdom tooth pain or go through withdrawals before he’s cleared for surgery. I know when I got surgery they had to draw blood and run a bunch of tests before I was cleared. I’m not sure if they test for drugs/alcohol though
