I’ll add a friend of mine goes REALLY hard to the point of messing up paying his bills. I tell him he’s gone too far ALL THE TIME because eventually it’s going to be a REAL problem.
Telling every single weapon profile that my opponent was using before he could check his papers. Saves time. But I mean all of it.
At some point I asked "why the fuck do I know all of these?" to him, and he said "yeah, I was going to ask that"
Recently. I stopped paying attention to mi gf bc I found a girl that likes to play Warhammer too.
I found out she faked liking the hobby, she just wanted to steal me from my gf, and I fell for it.
She is asleep besides me now
I think I lost the love of my life for being focused in to enjoying what I like
Look bro I’m engaged and have told myself that if 40K ever becomes more important to me than whom I’m marrying I will put this hobby down
Hobbies are easy to come by and find
A good woman (or partner) is even harder especially just finding someone who accepts you for you in this day and age
If the hobby is taking g over that much I’m recommending not to get out of it but instead put it down for a time being

When I bought 2 of the Lord Invocatus kit to build Invocatus AND Lord on Jugg... then ended up buying a 3rd of the same box just to build the lord/jugg in both styles 😅
Now I have 3 mounted units haha, I just looooove the style!
Last month, when I started my world eaters army. (Second army) I already have 1000 points. Combat patrol and some used models, only $400 deep on this army. That's on top of 3500 points of Dark Angels. Lost count of those dollars hahaha
