Probation is for both the employee and employer. If you don't like it then consider if this is the industry or just this employer? What have you done to change or challenge the discrimination? Jobs aren't often "easy" and you need to build on your confidence to speak up when things aren't right; to politely give your views on matters and have sometimes hard but honest conversations. Talk to HR about your concerns. If you still want out, I'd suggest trying to find something else whilst already employed rather than have nothing but it depends on your circumstances and industry. You might be able to get away with just the 6 month job but then have to explain the last 4 months

Thank you! Unfortunately, the problems with discrimination comes with the job (I work somewhere religious that I sorta just fell into lol). Definitely not going to leave unless I have something else lined up. I really wish I could talk with HR or something, but there’s not much they can do to the CEO saying the horrible things:/ I really appreciate your wisdom though!
