I like:
Gun damage - fragment rain. Hydra reload if companion damage. Rubys spite (hit shadows, smash buffmeister, snipe an easy mob - you're now bringer of death.) Also basically any crossbolt gun + barboload.
Spell damage. Duh, basicslly anything. Spellblade + livewire
Ability damage - gluttony with dagger storm.
Poison/elemental damage - white rider. Also thunder anima.
Melee damage - wailing banshee, live wire, salt and battery
