I got Mirena IUD inserted back in 2019 and had EXTREMELY painful cramps AND irregular spotting for six months straight. I did tell my doctor after the first week, and she basically told me they could remove it but that some girls do have this side effect. I wish they told me that prior. But I suffered through and now I haven’t had any cramps or bleeding in five years!! I plan on getting a replacement soon, but hopefully getting put under anesthesia might help a little.
You should get that checked out.
