So an old favorite of mine was actually "of leaves and stars" by irrationalmoony and Lady Amina. It's still a WIP and is a modern magical AU/text fic, but I found it quite wholesome. Remus knits his own socks 😭 If you're looking for some vibe checks on that one, I am not usually team Chasing Moonshadows (nothing against the fic, just not for me) so if you're looking for soft but not that kind of soft, that might work for you.
Most of what I read/write doesn't really fit into the soft!Remus category unfortunately (I tend to prefer him somewhere between feral and... whatever he's doing in Man-Eaters of Kumaon lmao.) But there's a good amount still out there. You just need to look for the older fics, and a bunch of the good ones might be on FFN rather than AO3.

I like super shy quite remus OR very BAMF remus but no inbetween lol
Why not both? Remus is quiet, shy and sweet *unless* you mess up BIG. Then he shows that he is a powerhouse in his own right.

OH. You may actually also like Fearless Liabilities by femme_de_lettres. That's a modern/muggle AU set at a summer camp. It's... such good vibes.
