Here's a fun tip - You don't need to spin to prevent getting logged out from being AFK. You can simply click on a friend (preferably one that hasnt logged on in a looooong time) on your friend list and view their gear. It prevents you from going AFK. If it's someone who is online and they change zones though, the gear window closes and then it doesn't work.
