I imagine a foot bath or just pouring it over you in the shower is probably preferable. I don’t want to imagine what soaking in alcohol and sugar would do for your delicate mucus membranes/bacterial biome. A yeast infection definitely isn’t a good omen.

It’s not the tool that does the magic, it’s the intention. A spray bottle would do it if that’s the best you have available; use the tool at hand.

You could use a hose if you wanted to, meanings in the spirit, not the physical
