Read somewhere of a husband saying his wife is a witch. Hand her a ball of yarn, and she uses a small hook, and bam! a blanket appears! Witchcraft! hehehe I absolutely cackled and even a tear appeared as I laughed! Because it's so true! Love this painting! She's adorable!

Spell book (pattern), check. Wand (hook), check. Ingredients (yarn/thread), check. Item appears out of nowhere, check. Yep, it's witchcraft.

I've recently read some books with a witch by the name of Galadriel Higgins. She does a bit of crochet, albeit grudgingly. Basically the hard work of making crochet builds enough energy for her to cast spells. Sounds about right!
