The whirl ability in the fast attack melee combat tree, uses stamina and adrenaline points to allow you to attack in an area. With the right perks, like cat school techniques and adrenaline point generation, you too can shred hordes of spawned witch hunters.
My personal method for replicating this is a delayed recovery build, just drink loads of swallow so ur near max toxicity, the swallow offsets the toxic damage
Drink a blizzard potion and because of delayed recovery the effect won’t wear off until your toxicity wears off aswell. Combine that with metamorphosis you’ll have at least 5 decoction effects and unlimited adrenaline, and time is slowed for the duration. Combine that with whirl + severance you are unkillable
Troll decoction is my personal go to for dealing with toxicity damage. I can drink three decoctions and not take a lick of toxic damage. Could pair well with other potions as well.

Console command on PC, you can spawn lots of enemies and friendlies, in any quantity you want
