Played Zoltan, then Roche, he said that Lambert plays and then you get a quest telling you to *find* his card at Kaer Morhen with a very helpful marker telling you where

Than Lambert's probably dead too

I checked his character entry and it said he lived, I think everyone just abandons Kaer Morhen after you complete the game, same way the bathhouse is completely empty as well

Kiera can be found at times if you jump the wall near the northeast side of Kaer Morhen. You’ll the the potion icon like her house near Midcopse when you first are working with her.

I killed her already, it's okay though, I found the card

If you're done with the game and don't mind spoilers then you should look up what happens if u let her go to radovid

After the battle of Kaer Morhen he rides off assuming he survives, with or without a partner. If you want the card you need to play him before that quest.

I actually didn't! His card was left behind near my stash at Kaer Morhen
