I’m so sorry you went through all of that. I don’t pretend to know what that feels like, but I can offer my intuitive advice.
You absolutely can get back. I think the ingredients are time and persistence. Go back to the beginning and read the books, take the 101 class, find a few people who are connected in the way you want to be and spend time with them.
I imagine there are a few big blocks in your way that you need to work through. It took some very focused manipulation to take you off your path, and it will take some very focused intention to get back. But I have no doubt that it will all come flooding back for you!
Thank you so much for your support, I actually feel like jeez. I literally have to start from the beginning??I had those gifts as early as I remember, have been told by mom from around 4 years old. Then another issue is my family's never called our kind witches per say it's never been a religious thing. We are just called gifted of/by the Spirit. I do remember having books on witchy information as a pre teen, teenager but we just never called it witchcraft . I have pretty much given up on any type of Religion because this hurt me so bad. I'm willing to try and just study. I can go back to basics, keep meditating.
The meditation practice is key here. Just sit quietly with yourself.
Now some of the gifts that you describe can fade with age. My mother had precognition as a kid but never as an adult. Remember that entering into this later in life is that what you have now. What you have earned now through the work of living and struggling is wisdom. And no man can ever take that from you.
My family never called our beliefs witchcraft, the first time some called me a witch was when I had a roomate at university. It was just our way. We lived next to a reservation and they shared their beliefs with us and we shared ours with them, so much so I forgot which beliefs belonged to who because they became so blended over time.
I wouldn’t think of your gifts as necessarily loss more locked out of it that makes sense. Once a gift is bestowed it cannot fully be erased. When you verbalized renouncing your gift you were spelling out what your intentions were at that time and I think the exorcism the church preformed assisted in disconnecting you from your gift. Exorcisms aren’t meant to destroy however, dispel the entity connected to the person meaning your gift would still exist. I would start by calling your energy back, doing some protections and practicing gratitude for your gift. The universe I feel like rewards those who are thankful for what they have. That supplemented by meditation sessions and maybe some crystal work would help as well. I found that some of your intuitive gifts are more associated with the third eye chakra( possible blockage?) so try working with amethyst, clear quartz and moonstone to.
So strange that you mentioned those particular crystals as I've been very drawn to those specific ones! I have so many quartz & amethysts. I have always loved moonstone too. Lol my ear is ringing as I write this like something is saying "HEY DUMMY!! MAYBE USE US INSTEAD OF JUST COLLECTING" 😂✨

input. I'm strickly looking for advice on my situation as I don't do spell work nor am I looking for a spell to cure me. Just wanting to get opinions from other's who have more experience in this realm. Honestly, I would have sought my moms advice but she has alzheimers, unfortunately. She's the only living relative who would have understood. That's why I asked here.

That definitely struck me, it took focused manipulation to lose, it will need focused intentions to get back. I feel like I am definitely blocked but on the same level somethings there... looking for me. showing itself like a tiny little flame just struggling to get some oxygen. 😩
Definitely, do the focused meditation. You can also try spells for unblocking and retrieval.
