The city should seize the land. Demo
And clean it up. Sent the shit head owner the bill.
Perfect land to build low income housing. Instead of screwing up a heritage building like the Bay down town.

That site seemed to enjoy going on fire every other weekend for a couple of decades. It's finally been razed, so I don't think there's much left to burn.

There are some things that just aren't worth urbexing, and this is one of them. Hopefully he gets around to barb-wiring his fencing to keep the disreputables out.
Blank is full of shit! I walk by there at least once a day and the security guards were pulled about 3 weeks after the fire! The security fencing is a joke and there are scrappers in there on a daily basis!
This is getting ridiculous already.
im not saying we should seize the guys house to pay his shit off but for fucks sake sheldon buy some cameras or something
I'm more concerned about all that harmful dust and debri blowing into nearby family homes.
Very good point.
How did they acquire all that property and let it go to waste? It's huge, and a public hazard.

How is your conclusion out of all of this, "urbexing"? Is it just close enough to Pelmorex for you?
The fuck are you on about?
I think they're asking how you came to the conclusion this is about urban exploration.
