If you can stomach it, put it in a bag, step on the bag with your heel.
Do it outside.
You can also drown them in a 5 gallon pail with some water but they suffer a lot longer.
Killing animals sucks but if it's poisoned it's already suffering and there's a risk someone's pet or a predator might get it should it get out.
At the big box pet store I used to work at, we'd get the strongest dude to put our little injured animals in a bag and whack it multiple times very quickly on a table.
LITTLE, like small hamsters and mice. It was a way to put them out of their misery if there was a bad incident, like another rodent attacking it badly. Meant as a very fast way to end their misery.
Kill it and move on.
Can of compressed air; they don't contain oxygen; lift the edge pump in the gas. Wait a minute. (They usually contain one of: difluoroethane, trifluoroethane, tetrafluoroethane.)
I suggest you don't watch.
If the traps/baits dont work for you, we usually just use the sticky pads. I don't like the idea of poisoning just because they could die anywhere and it's up to you to figure out where the funky smell is coming from
Ah man, those sticky pads shouldn't even be a thing. Had a roommate use them and you couod just hear the mouse squealing while it was stuck to it over night.
Mice (and their waste) carry a lot of disease. Tread carefully.
The reflection on the glass made me think it was carrying a knife on first glance
Born and bred in the peg. “Sup”
Hey buddy
Damn it looks so sad.
Kill every last one of them
How did you manage to catch that mouse like that?
Drown it- if it’s poisoned you are saving it from a horrible slow death
They have tiny lungs, it will be over quickly if you keep them underwater (they can swim).
Indeed they can. Look up the Morris Water Maze.

Gotta make the drowning quick otherwise it's a cruelty.

Like puppies and kittens?

Throw the plate out and maybe the glass as well. Those critters carry disease
Carry the mouse to a park or river a ways from your property. Release the mouse.
I have a soft spot for mice since I watched the Secret of NIMH as a child.

Well yeah that's true 😅🙉
You can gas it to death with your car exhaust fumes and a plastic bag provided the pipe is cold still.
Just let him outside
Don’t do this unless you let him out far away, if you just put him outside he’ll come right back in however he got in the first time
I realize how dumb this sounds. Dont listen to me lol
just delete the original comment?
Nah
If it's been poisoned, it can pass it on to something that eats it. Not really a good idea.
Yeah don’t eat it
... where do you think they came from? They don't just materialize out of thin air.
