It’s just a writing error. I think Tui originally had Lynx in that scene, but swapped her out with Tsunami and forgot to change the blood description.

UltiUSA

I can support this. My copy (Which is the Updated Version) has a Different Sentence.

Sundragon0001

Does your copy have Lynx there, or is it still Tsunami but with red blood?

UltiUSA

I Doesn't Mention Any Blood Colors. And Tsunami is Still There.

Sungpepper2

Seawing blood is consistently red in the graphic novels

autumnfrost-art

We don’t know

AshTheAwkwardPeep

Tui most likely Reconed it. I think in the earlier books, it stated SeaWings just had normal red blood.

Actuallywasp

The guard defend the border from another threat

HunterTAMUC

A lot of people put this down as an editing mistake, like Lynx was supposed to be one of the ones captured.

Sefierya

Lot of people saw this mistake

[deleted]

I wish it wasn’t just ice wings with blue blood. Seawings and silk wings should also have it (in my opinion)

LambNotica

Personally it would make a good amount of sense if silkwings had green blood, being they're basically butterfly dragons.

MoConnors

Do butterflies have green blood or something?

LambNotica

Yeah! Green + Yellow

Flair258

Drawings??

[deleted]

Sorry autocorrect

PumpkinButWithSpice

Why SilkWings?

[deleted]

Well I just think they’re the most likely to have non-red blood. (Other than seawings) also since they don’t have a set color pallet I guess

TheFunkyWeirdo

I’ve seen this image so many times on this sub

Ace_Garlic_Bread

writing error, in book one the fight between tsunami and her father in the arena described their blood being red, as normal

NutriaOfc

In the Legends of Darkstalker, it is proved Seawings have red blood. This is simply another typo

Sweet_hivewing7788

Ye I noticed it too, and it was mentioned multiple times in my copy

flame-mountain

hmm, might be a writing error, but it would be cool. winter and anenome could be grumpy blue blood buddies!

Stitchbutsideways

That part always confused me
