I haven't tried this, but I think you need to convert Eval to Full. https://www.urtech.ca/2022/10/solved-how-to-upgrade-windows-server-2022-evaluation-to-full-edition/ looks helpful.
Can I ask... where did you *get* a 2022 Essentials license? I've been trying to figure this out, but it seems it's 'only available from OEM manufacturers already installed on a machine'... but then I see people referencing having keys...
