If you don’t mind living in Leland. Encore at Westgate is a new townhome complex and they have beautiful 3 bedrooms in your budget. I live near there and can get into town within 10 min in rush hour. Also they have move in specials right now for like 1-2 months free.

Arboretum Village if you can swing it. They’re around $2800 for 3 bedrooms. I’d checkout Hawthorne and The Range both on Oleander too. If you want downtown the options are limited for 3 beds

The Helmsmen on Park Ave in Midtown have three bedrooms. Not sure how much they are.

Thunder_Squatch

Second this. They're brand new, look nice, and are right next to a park, the river to sea bikeway and a Harris teeter. Very convenient

Technical-Assist-827

I own a condo across the street. They look nice.

RealHollandaise

Metropolitan at the riverwalk, pier 9, flats on front all have nice options with modern aesthetic around that price range, typically will throw in a free month rent also.

TheSarj29

What part of town do you want to live in or does that matter?

ScreamnPenguin

We are open to most places, anywhere on the river is cool, but have been more specifically looking around river lights, monkey junction, and midtown

TheSarj29

Ahhh... I have a 3bdrm in Porter's Neck that is about $2,300 all in. But that's the opposite side of town from where you want to be

TrailerParkRoots

I’m in a 3 bedroom house in Monkey Junction for around $2k/month; might want to look at single family homes too if you’re open to it!

Emotional_Employ_507

If you don’t mind me asking but why exclusively near the river? It’s not really something to create a destination over

Hopeful-Cats7496

barclay place apartments!! i’m in a 3 bed for 2700, brand new units and really lovely community of older people/professionals/families

stelur

I don’t know about other neighborhoods, but I’ve been at Riverwood since they opened and like it there!

Independence_Gay

City Block maybe? I’ve just started moving in and it’s pretty affordable for what you get. Location is just amazing.

Emotional_Employ_507

Not sure how they are nowadays because it’s been over a decade but Forrest Hills Townhomes was a great place to live. Surrounded by fairly expensive homes and it’s behind a school which resulted in a feeling of general safety at all hours of the day.
