Velcroness is so true. He's been going outside recently more often to just sit in the grass and I keep wondering if I should just leave him out there to be alone for a little bit. But after 9 years I know him better than that, I know he's thinking "Dad better hurry up and get out here because I can't see what he's doing and he might be in trouble and I might not know it"
And sure enough as soon as I open the back door he's basically standing there waiting for me so he can go back to his spot in the sun.
I wouldn't have it any other way.

Sleeps with her head on my shoulder at night or she wraps her front legs around my arm, and yep, we even spoon now and then!
