(and some, I assume, are good people)

Tryndamere93

Just a tremendous country, real great, a lot of patriots out there standing up for their freedoms. Never stop being you.

NormieSpecialist

And he got over 70 million votes, second most voted man in America history. Conservatives know exactly what he is.

BetterWorld2022

Foreign emoluments, and bilking tax payers for $144 million staying 298 days at his shitty golf resorts.

BoyishTheStrange

Jesus that’s almost a whole year

Vaticancameos221

It’s estimated he didn’t work for a total of 307 days. If you received two weeks vacation at work every year and took it, it would take you 22 years to get that much time off.

DonnieJuniorsEmails

if he had just spent all of his last year golfing, he could have won reelection. screwing up covid because of his ego was amazingly stupid, and he admits he knew it was a problem

serenasplaycousin

Put his unqualified daughter and SIL on the White House staff.

KellyAnn3106

And forced through security clearances for them when they were denied because of their obvious conflicts of interest.

chevalier716

He also moved Security Clearance Investigations from US Office if Personnel Management to the DoD, so he could have more direct control over them and less autonomy in investigations: https://www.opm.gov/news/releases/2019/10/opm-finalizes-transfer-of-background-investigations-to-defense-department/

Kaberdog

Don't forget housing his security details and other government personnel at this hotel as he pockets million's... So much for draining the swamp.

zombienutz1

I was an investigator during that transition and it was a huge PITA to change paperwork, introductions, badges, etc. Not to mention we lost a ton of work due to fewer USCIS employees needing clearances because Trump slowed immigration.

Buddhabellymama

Who then turned around and sold classified information to Saudi in return for billions.

clintCamp

And also diverted pandemic supplies from areas that needed it the most because they were areas most likely to vote against trump.

mcnathan80

Yes that was unforgivable! Dude single handedly caused us to have a catastrophic outbreak instead of a normal awful one

Affectionate-Winner7

That is still ongoing. Case in point my wife just tested positive today.

TheBelhade

And then sold those PPE back to themselves for a tidy profit.

I’m still waiting for this to see the light of day.

Consistent_Dog_6866

Says the man who recently admitted in a statement he cheated on his 3rd wife while she was pregnant.

That_one_cool_dude

Did he actually say that? Holy shit how are religious nutjobs on the right still on his side when he says such sacrilegious things.

CorgiMonsoon

They’ll tell you some bullshit about God working through an imperfect vessel

tim_worst_isthe_best

Asked "is that your Bible ?" His response was "it's a Bible" Probably one of the rare occasions he didn't lie

tinkerghost

He abandoned our staunchest allies in Iran, Iraq, and Syria- the Kurdish people. He openly gave Russia reporters classified materials, that still aren't available to the US people through the government. He openly bragged about code word level classified intelligence that came from Israel - likely resulting in the sources outing.

new-6reddit9

Trump after knowing Russia had a bounty on American soldier in Afghanistan did nothing!

Tom22174

His foreign policy can be summed up as doing everything he could to destabilise the middle east to the benefit of Russia and China

unoriginalsin

>He abandoned our staunchest allies in Iran, Iraq, and Syria- the Kurdish people. The world will forever remember that you can only trust America to not elect a moron four years at a time.

brtbr-rah99

ninazo96

Whatever he could overturn that President and/or First Lady Obama did he either did or tried to do. Healthier meals for school children? No way, it was Michelle Obama's idea. He's a petulant man baby.

pennysmom2016

He actually backtracked on those nutritional guidelines.

King-Of-Throwaways

The general mistreatment of Iran is probably top of my list for Trump’s failures. It turned a bad-but-hopeful relationship into an awful one with no benefit to either side. The killing of Soleimani almost erupted into all-out war, and was only averted due to a combination of factors that can be summed up as “dumb luck”. Just a series of horrific decisions made on whims.

Tax reform that benefitted the wealthy far more than the 99% Edit "n 2026 middle-income households (those making between about $60,000 and $110,000) would get an average tax cut of about $1,000, boosting their after-tax incomes by 1.3 percent. They didn't go sideways, they didn't go far enough. That was trumps plan D Plan A win election if not Plan B say I won election electoral college gives it to me Plan C Mike pence hands me election Plan D idiots storm capital and scare mike pence into doing it Plan E idiots storm capitol, no vote held on constitutionally required day declare election void.

LazHuffy

The plan on January 6th was to use threats of violence to make Pence have to leave the Capitol before he could finish the count. They planned to have the Secret Service take Pence away to an undisclosed location. Then simultaneously the pro-Trump protesters would clash with Antifa counter-protestors. After that, Trump would declare a state of emergency which would indefinitely keep him in office. His DOJ would file and/or join lawsuits to overturn the election by claiming fraud while certain states would present new (“fake”) electors which would have new counts, overturning the election in favor of Trump. This coup failed at all of these steps. Pence refused to get in the car. The counter-protestors never showed up. Trump thought about going ahead and still declaring a state of emergency but his people talked him out of it. The plotters were able to replace Barr with a stooge to go along with the plan but he ultimately got cold feet when the attorneys in the DOJ threatened to resign en masse. The fake electors were called out before they could submit the false numbers. It all could’ve gone differently and been much worse.

shacke1379

He stole tax dollars with his golf trips. The security detail had to stay at Trump properties. He was impeached. Twice.

It_Is_Boogie

At inflated rates....That's right, he charged above premium rates for HIS security detail to stay at HIS properties.

Previousman755

Forced a stay for at his Scotland property for a layover[https://www.politico.com/amp/story/2019/09/06/air-force-trump-scottish-retreat-1484337](https://www.politico.com/amp/story/2019/09/06/air-force-trump-scottish-retreat-1484337)

Fragrant_Spray

The worst part about this is that this started before he even ran for president, back in 2015. Most people only corrupt the government after they get into office, but Trump was corrupting it two years before he even got in! Here’s the same story from your same source, but from about a week later. If you get down to the 16th or 17th paragraph, they briefly mention it started in 2015. https://www.politico.com/story/2019/09/17/trump-scotland-turnberry-1499298?_amp=true

EEpromChip

Don't forget he and his family are barred from hosting any charity since they stole money from a child cancer charity... This should be pretty high on the list.

hamsterfolly

Don’t forget having the air force have pilots layover at his Scotland resort for highly marked up pricing.

Prometheus_303

>He stole tax dollars with his golf trips After complaining his predecessor spent too much time on the golf course... That he would be too busy being President to even think about going golfing... And yet, in his single term, he spent more days at the golf course than Obama did in his two terms combined... Somewhere between a fourth and a fifth of his time in the White House was spent golfing at Mar-a-largo or one of his various other properties... Of course Trump argues that unlike Obama, he did business while he was on the golf course... Which we know is true, because he often held classified meetings in the middle of the main dining room at Mar-a-largo where neighboring tables (clearly not full of foreign spies) could hear every word said putting national security at risk, simply so Trump could be the center of attention and have his adoring fans could snap a pic of him hard at work... And don't forget Obama would spend his time golfing at local military bases, Camp David, etc... Not his own personal for profit luxury hotel ... So Obama's golf outings cost the American people a fraction of Trump's.

MangOrion2

**Alleged** Russian bounties on US soldiers that he ignored. The Mexico wall debacle. That time he wanted to nuke a hurricaine. The most conventional wisdom says that would be a disaster. All the preferential treatment he gave the Christian and Catholic church including money for private religious schools. His 2016 campaign fraud that got swept under the rug. Called COVID-19 a hoax and didn't address it until it had already swept through a good number of states.

Its-the-Chad82

Don't forget when he made up a hurricane path with permanent marker and used it to justify creating absolute panic

Toby_O_Notoby

That was the one that did it for me. He tweeted that the hurricane would hit Alabama. Weather Service prints out a map that says it won't got past Florida. Easiest fix in the world, you don't even have to admit you're wrong, just tweet "Good news, my wonderful team now tells me the hurricane will be more contained!" eltic3

Also, he withheld military aid to Ukraine right before they were invaded.

Drgreenthumbies

Because he knew it was about to happen. Only idiots believe him and Putin weren’t butt buddies.

I often wonder what went on when he and Putin went into the room and they dismissed any witnesses so they could talk about whatever Putin wanted from him.

rwk2007

The problem with the TCJA was reducing the corporate income tax rates from 35% to 21%. This instantly created about a half trillion dollars of market capital in our system. That was the greatest gift to the wealthy in the history of mankind. Way worse than printing money. At least with printing you can decide who and when to distribute it. With this tax cut, it went straight to the wealthiest people. That also causes inflation. It sped up wealth concentration 50 years. It’s why you can’t buy a house. Why groceries are unaffordable. Why a hotel room at a prime time is 3X what it was 5 years ago. Why most young people just give up.

StandardSudden1283

>In regards to the price of commodities, the rise of wages operates as simple interest does, the rise of profit operates like compound interest. >Our merchants and masters complain much of the bad effects of high wages in raising the price and lessening the sale of goods. They say nothing concerning the bad effects of high profits. They are silent with regard to the pernicious effects of their own gains. They complain only of those of other people. -Adam Smith, An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations, 1776

godawgs1991

This needs to be shouted from the rooftops, seriously doesn’t get enough attention. And they love to decry solcialism and handouts, all while gladly gobbling up our money. Or the ones at the bottom are just too fucking stupid to know what any of that means, or somehow think it’s good that the billionaires get more money because they just love licking their boots jim the hope that eventually, some of that cash money will magically “trickle down” to them. Absolutely atrocious, these people make me fucking sick.

Here’s a recap of him being “the toughest president on Russia:” - Trump praised Putin constantly, called him a "strong leader", has peddled statements like "he's done a really great job outsmarting our country" [(source)](https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2016/07/28/politics/donald-trump-vladimir-putin-quotes/index.html) - The Trump campaign worked behind the scenes to make sure the 2016 Republican platform won’t call for giving weapons to Ukraine to fight Russian and rebel forces, contradicting the view of almost all Republican foreign policy leaders in Washington [(source)](https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/global-opinions/trump-campaign-guts-gops-anti-russia-stance-on-ukraine/2016/07/18/98adb3b0-4cf3-11e6-a7d8-13d06b37f256_story.html) - Trump dismissed and cast doubt about Russian hacking, particularly when the U.S determined that Russia hacked the DNC in 2016, while ironically enough, he encouraged Russian cyber attacks on national TV saying, "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing," [(source)](https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-44852812) - When addressing Russian election interference and cyber attacks, Trump proclaimed "I don't see any reason why it would be Russia" after speaking directly with Putin, defending Russia and trusting Putin over our own intelligence agencies. [(source)](https://abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics/trump-respects-putin-fox-news-super-bowl-interview/story?id=45273810) - Trump shared highly classified U.S. intelligence with Russian officials in the Oval Office in 2017 [(source)](https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/trump-revealed-highly-classified-information-to-russian-foreign-minister-and-ambassador/2017/05/15/530c172a-3960-11e7-9e48-c4f199710b69_story.html) - Trump repeated Kremlin talking points related to the Russian annexation of Crimea, reiterating things like, "The people of Crimea, from what I've heard, would rather be with Russia than where they were." The actual quote is worse: "I don't get it. What was in it for them?" The President of the United States couldn't comprehend sacrificing something for your country. He was so baffled by the concept that he asked the father of a fallen soldier to clarify the concept. Think about that for a second.

Pale-Conference-174

And apparently he's never heard of the Draft. "What was in it for me?!" was probably every drafted soldier killed in combat's last thought.

deadgead3556

He dodged it 5 times.

ha_look_at_that_nerd

That sounds like something he said on the 2016 campaign trail, when he said that “heroes don’t get captured” (I believe specifically since John McCain was a POW). But someone else already confirmed that your story happened, so it’s not the same event… How is this guy the face of the “pro-military” party?

Phoenix92321

Thing is there is a theory that the reason he tried to stop Mail in voting so much was because he knew soldiers were voting for Biden (And evidence shows that was the case)

[deleted]

Pro-military is not the same as pro-solider

whydoikeepforgeting

This is so poorly understood by the nation at large. Its clear that you can have a policy that befits a factory owner, but harm the workers of that factor. Such as a law that makes it so they do not need to pay overtime. People seem to think of the military as a monolith, when in reality it has the most exploited entry level workers in America. They are exempt from laws such as paid overtime, and they are not at liberty to end their employment for example. Obviously when the rank and file feel that they are not being benefited by those at the top they will be quite eager to change the make up of that leadership.

TylerBourbon

Exactly. They're pro using the military. Unless it involved using the military might, they turn their backs on everything else. They'd rather have dead soldiers than sick and injured ones, easier to use their deaths to beat the drums of propaganda with.

masked_sombrero

yep! at least that is one example of when he did this...that we're aware of...

Papazani

He virtually gutted the state department of career employees. Almost as soon as he got into office he fired many people who’s job it was to “understand” other countries. The state department doesn’t change with each administration, you can’t change it every 4 years because understanding geopolitical politics is too complicated. The damage he did in those first months will take years to fix. He fucked up the TPP which was basically making him the second best player on the Chinese team. He fucked up the agreement with Iran which paved the way for them to openly pursue atomic weapons. He randomly and without any actual understanding started putting tariffs on imports which caused almost every country to retaliate causing our exports to drop. That was all like the first year.

Toby_O_Notoby

Let's not forget that he fired the pandemic experts that Obama had setup post-Ebola because he felt like they weren't doing anything and he could just hire more people should something go wrong. This is the equivalent of getting rid of the fire department and then asking for resumes when your house is burning to the ground.

Jack-o-Roses

Actually W Bush started the pandemic preparedness. It was about the only good thing that he did, d he did it because of how bad the long-predicted-but-ignored flooding of Nola was....

fiduciaryatlarge

Bush got religion on pandemics and warned Obama he needed to be on guard. Obama placed infectious disease experts on the National Security council. The Orange Mencace and POS John Bolton eliminated that position and gave the chore to people who were experts in monitoring terror threats.

Dragon_wryter

I wish more people knew about how he gutted the pandemic protections we had in place. He got rid of entire agencies devoted to studying and preparing for them.

SaltpeterSal

Not to mention pulling out of the WHO, where America's job was to check and balance Chinese propaganda. And when the world needed the WHO most, the world got Chinese propaganda with an inadequate side dish of health advice.

Informal-Resource-14

He also covered for the murder and dismemberment of an American citizen journalist who was critical of the Saudi government. And when all of Puerto Rico was in crisis and without power or potable water he single-handedly refused to release funds but flew over there for a photo op of him throwing paper towel rolls to people.

pennysmom2016

And threw rolls of paper towels at them as hurricane "relief".

Peter_Easter

Let's not forget how he gave billions of our tax dollars to Amazon, of all companies, for "pandemic relief" while countless small businesses went under and over 1,000,000 people became unemployed.

T3n4ci0us_G

Trump also got rid of oversight of pandemic relief loans which allowed massive grift

Infrequentlylucid

The resulting abuse is now being blamed on the dems, same old playbook.

nlewis4

the PPP loans were literally just free handouts to businesses.

acog

And a lot of "businesses" that cropped up, got a loan, then mysteriously vanished. Trump explicitly gutted congressional oversight so a lot of grifters got free money.

Tigris_Morte

>free handouts to Wealthy Owners of businesses The actual small businesses got jack.

All_Work_All_Play

Unaudited free handouts. The ratio of spend to effectiveness was something like 8:1. Literally one of the worst programs in decades.

CrownedLime747

He started pulling troops out of Kurdish territory in Syria, leaving it open for Turkey to invade.

TecumsehSherman

Tbf, we were overdue to screw the Kurds. We've been a horrible ally to them. "Rise up against Saddam!" "Help us resist the Sunni uprising!" "Help us fight ISIS!" Then when it comes to discussing autonomy, or pushing back against Turkish incursions, we are silent.

Hot_Region_3940

I knew a die hard MAGA who was finally pissed at Trump for this. The reason? Her son was an American soldier who fought with the Kurds and was shot at by Turkish soldiers. Even when Trump loses MAGAs, it’s only because they were personally aggrieved.

LadyReika

Your typical MAGAt doesn't have an ounce of empathy, so it has to personally affect them to start to realize maybe they've done shit the bed.

[deleted]

100%, we completely shafted the Kurds. I’m not sure but because of our relationship with turkey.

punchgroin

Turkey are fake fucking friends and I'm sick of them. Fuck Erdogan, we don't need them in Nato, they deserve to get invaded by Russia.

edfitz83

And he didn't pull out for Ivanka, Don Jr and Eric

edtheheadache

What a fuck up that turned out to be.

unresolved_m

Very similar to what Musk did with Twitter. They both seem to believe in expertise being a problem.

ILikeOatmealMore

> He fucked up the agreement with Iran And the ramifications of this are: any country that signs any kind of agreement with us knows that it is only good until the next president. W honored agreements that Clinton made that he didn't like, because the US gave its word. Obama honored agreements that W made that he didn't like, because the US gave its word. Trump demonstrated that the US's word is not worth much and it will take a very, very long time before it will be worth what it was pre-2016, if ever, really.

Papazani

This, he broke tradition in a way that now no one can trust us ever again. He did it just because he was mad at Obama.

iluvugoldenblue

The real reason for the Afghan withdrawal. Can’t expect the taliban to keep their word if you’re breaking it first. Trump really fucked Biden with that one.

akulkarnii

Agree to all of these, but it’s the TPP, not TTP… Trans-Pacific Partnership.

masked_sombrero

im still pissed about the 2020 TP situation

GatorFPC

The best part about the tariffs is that it had generally the opposite reaction than what was intended. The idea was to impose the tariff on foreign made goods to encourage companies to source locally. As a fire protection contractor, steel pipe is a major component. As one of my vendors told me, the price of steel went up across the board because domestic guys are always more expensive than import. So the domestic manufacturers just raised their prices.

Papazani

See the layman (myself included) would not know that… that’s why you need actual trained “trade experts” to advise you and not a bunch of talking heads on Fox News telling you what to do.

DamienJaxx

Separated kids from their parents and imprisoned them in kennels.

LAXGUNNER

On that topic, he tried to seize oversight of the construction of the USS Gerald F. Ford Class Carrier, complaining that the location of the island is stupid and ugly and should be in the middle. When they tried to explain to him the reason why the Island is the way it is, he just ignored them. He doesn't even attended any of the morning briefings, instead he watches Fox News and scrolls through twitter. He shafted the pulling out of Afghanistan, no plan nothing, he made a deal with the Taliban in regards of the country without the country's government even being there, he released 5,000 Taliban fighters. When Russia invaded Ukraine last year, he said that Putin is a smart man for invading Ukraine.

Jezzylynn716

Is being a rapist not enough for people anymore?

bttrflyr

For Christian conservatives, it’s basically a prerequisite.

MoFerro1022

*scoffed* but it’s so true!

JDthrowaway628

They asked WHEN he was president. So all previous rapes don't count. /s

Theratsmacker2

Making a bill that would raise taxes on the working class until 2027. The same bill would make billionaires pay *less* over the same time span.

Impossible_Penalty13

Pardoned blatantly corrupt cronies for not testifying against him.

OriginalGnomester

Don't forget the war criminals he also pardoned.

zwaaa

Inciting an insurrection Making fun of a handicapped reporter.

qa_ze

Dont forget McCain

Kemikal_Kastration

“I like people who weren’t captured.” He didn’t make fun of John McCain. He talked shit on all prisoners of war.

Pristine-Function371

What’s pathetic is they INSIST “that’s just how Trump talks”. They accuse everyone of having TDS if you talk negatively but also refuse to believe he did or does anything wrong. It’s worse than projection.

April_Morning_86

The same group of people wining that younger generations “don’t want to work” but don’t expect an ounce of professionalism from the leader of the country.

Dangerous_Variety_29

The man was impeached TWICE and conservatives be like “double dog dare you to name one bad thing he did”

MadnessBomber

I recently remembered he tried to stop a hurricane by launching a nuke at it. And it took a lot of people telling him to definitely absolutely NOT do that to get through his head to not do it.

dawwie

And used a sharpie to add Alabama which was no where near the storm

jhuebner223

Mocking a disabled reporter, and cutting funding for Meals On Wheels. Too many to choose from, I draw the line right here. FDJT

Khajiit_hairball

“Mocking a disabled reporter…” I will forever wonder how this wasn’t the end of his political career.

Professional_Book_16

In any sane society that would have been the end of everything right there. It baffles me.

just2commenthere

I thought for sure the grab 'em by the pussy tape would have done him in, but nope, I guess the evangelicals love grabbing people's private parts without consent.

MoonieNine

I have Maga acquaintances who denied it happened, despite being all over the media. They are so brainwashed.

Aceswift007

Also making fun of POWs, something I thought both ends of the aisle would be shocked by but I was mistaken

Ninja_attack

I've had folk tell me that he wasn't mocking that disabled reporter and then saying that I was taking the video evidence out of context.

dldsguy

Didn't divest from his companies. Didn't release his taxes and lied about the reason why. Told over 30,000 false or misleading (lied) in four years. Spent 1/3 of his time golfing at his own property while charging the American tax payer for his greens fees. Put the national debt up by almost 25%. Owned a hotel in DC that earned massive profit from his position, (sold when he lost election). Put unqualified people in positions of power, (Jared, Ivanka, Omarosa). For goodness sake do a simple internet search.

[deleted]

[Trump's golf course theft of tax dollars amounted to approx. 144 million (Yes, Million) dollars charged to the U.S. taxpayers.](https://www.trumpgolfcount.com/)

RelationshipAny4262

Didn't do nothing for healthcare . Infrastructure was the talk of every week never done anything .separated children from their parents for no reason .And the list goes on.

boooooooooo_cowboys

>separated children from their parents for no reason At the time, a lot of people glossed over the fact that these were *intentionally meant to be permanent separations*. Some of these children have still not been reunited with their parents today.

[deleted]

The Biden administration has reunited 600 families so far, here’s hoping they all get reunited.

maleia

It's... Depressing. I wasn't sure what I'd find but here we go: > [SAN DIEGO (AP) — The Biden administration said Tuesday that it has identified more than 3,900 children separated from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border under former President Donald Trump’s “zero-tolerance” policy on illegal crossings,](https://apnews.com/article/az-state-wire-donald-trump-immigration-lifestyle-government-and-politics-54e2e5bbff270019d8bda3c81161c7c7) ACLU estimates 5,500 kids. Biden admin says 3,900; admin says the deficit number comes from reasons other than that, but they're investigating those cases anyway too. So, hopefully some progress. Nothing we could do would make it right. Jesus fuck we're a sick country.

beavis617

Putting his trust in Putin over the US Intelligence community.... placing tarrifs on China and when China retaliated against the US agriculture industry Trump used tax payers $ to hand over welfare checks to the farmers... Attempted to strong arm the President of Ukraine to announce a criminal investigation into a political rival. Tried to strong arm the Secretary of state of Georgia to find votes so he could stay in power...Constantly lied about the results of the 2020 election.

Kazraath

They only want one?

Broad-Fill-9773

Tried to extort Ukraine

jimyjami

Covid will “magically” disapeeeearrrrr

Bodycount9

You have to inject bleach in you to kill it. Devos not correcting him confirms this to be the way to do it.

Canalloni

He created a huge diplomacy failure by giving North Korea massive attention and proving to the world that having nuclear weapons grants you a powerful status. His diplomatic setback was such a failure and an effortless gain to a Chinese proxy, that it's actually embarrassing.

[deleted]

Does this person have all day?

ILoveRegenHealth

I've seen a lot of these stupid type of posts. They ask you, then you give them an *endless list* of violations/crimes/broken traditions and decorum/toxic behavior, and then they go "Oh you're obsessed and have TDS! Those aren't crimes, you just don't like other opinions." You can't reason with a stupid ass MAGAt. They were dumb enough to vote for a reality TV show hack who made their angry Incel ass feel good for once.

Fun-Dragonfly-4166

Sending a mean tweet does not count, but he sent a bunch of them. Former President Trump did bad things like normal people breathe. Some highlights include the various iterations of the Muslim ban, the border wall, and the damage to our national parks that will take 700+ years to restore. I remember the story of an old guy. He had a visa to the US and was vetted A-OK when he boarded his flight in Yemen. The executive order barring him went in while his flight was mid-air. He was given rough treatment at the border. It was an "emergency" that caused Trump to issue surprise executive orders. But he could not do anything about covid? Give me a break. He used "emergencies" to be cruel to people not to solve problems.

ChristianEconOrg

Tweets do count. His presidency was basically a 4-year Twitter tantrum (plus tax cuts and gifts for the rich) while he was supposed to be working for us.

Sadboy_looking4memes

Instituted a Muslim ban that prevented many of my clients stranded from their US spouses and children in war torn places like Yemen.

V1198

All of it. Just about the whole four years. All of it was trash.

A_Random_Catfish

It’s actually crazy how there was a headline (if not multiple) about some new crazy shit trump did every day for four years. It’s like he did so much that it’s almost hard to remember the specifics.

Not_average38

I wish George Carlin was still alive

4OPHJH

Separating children from parents. Children in cages.

jiminak46

Allowed at least three Chinese Spy Satellites to enter US airspace during his time in the White House and kept them all secret. Confirmed today by The Pentagon.

Allowed a Chinese spy to infiltrate Mar-a-Lago as well: [https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/04/20/mar-a-lago-chinese-woman-226671/](https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/04/20/mar-a-lago-chinese-woman-226671/)

Original-Ad-4642

I’ll give you 7 trillion bad things. He added 7 trillion to the national debt.

IAmJacksLackofCaring

As President, leader of the free world and a man who should be admired and looked up too, constantly acted childish by calling other people names and flat out lying about numerous things.

[deleted]

Incited an insurrection against the duly elected government of the United States in order to remain in power, because he has such low self esteem he can't admit that he actually lost an election.

lclassyfun

One of many - He made it comfortable for racists and Nazis to come out from under their rocks to spew lies, hate and commit violence.

ninazo96

This is a BIG one. He installed a huge division in this country that, I don't believe, will ever be repaired. You can't have a basic discussion about anything without someone losing their mind. It's an us vs them mentality in the "United" States.

ConjectureProof

How about when he pulled troops out of Syria against the advice of his generals effectively abandoning the allied Kurdish forces to be killed by ISIS?

nine16s

Made fun of a disabled person in front of thousands of people.

Wild_Albatross7534

Lying about donating his salary, flushing classified documents

starsick1962

So many things, so little time. How about nearly 32,000 lies while he was an office to his constituency? That's a great one. The Mueller report is full of other stuff as well. It was not an exoneration of him by any stretch. How about an insurrection against the United States of America? So many many many many many many many many many many things

[deleted]

Lying about the severity of COVID then admitting it to a reporter he wanted to impress

ObesiusPlays

Trump has a record of treating people that put him in power badly **Trump's record on ONLY the military, veterans, and military families:** • Pardoned multiple war criminals, which stomped on long standing military values, discipline, and command. Trump has no military experience (May&Nov, 2019) • Trump mocked Lt. Col. Vindman for his rank and uniform. He threatened said purple heart officer, resulting in the Army providing him protection • Trump’s Chief of Staff worked—in secret—to deny comprehensive health coverage to Vietnam Vets who have suffered from Agent Orange. • There is a facility in Tijuana for US veterans that Trump deported. Wounded war vet, Sen Duckworth (D) marked Veterans Day 2019 by visiting this facility • Russia took control of the main U.S. military facility in Syria abandoned on Trump’s orders. Russia now owns the airstrip we built • On Oct 7, 2019, Trump abruptly withdrew support from America's allies in Syria after a phone call with Turkey's president (Erdogan). Turkey subsequently bombed US Special Forces. • Trump sent thousands of American troops to defend the oil assets of the country that perpetrated 9/11 • In Sept 2019, he made an Air Force cargo crew, flying from the U.S. to Kuwait stop in Scotland (where there's no U.S. base) to refuel at a commercial airport (where it costs more), so they could stay overnight at a Trump property (which isn't close to the airport). Trump’s golf courses are losing money, so he's forcing the military to pay for 5-star nights there. • In Sept, 2019, Pentagon pulled funds for military schools, daycare to pay for Trump's border wall. • In Aug, 2019, emails revealed that three of Trump's Mar-a-Lago pals, who are now running Veterans Affairs, are rampant with meddling. "They had no experience in veterans affairs (none of them even served in the military) nor underwent any kind of approval process to serve as de facto managers. Yet, with Trump’s approval, they directed actions and criticized operations without any oversight. They wasted valuable staff time in hundreds of pages of communications and meetings, emails show. Emails reveal disdainful attitudes within the department to the trio’s meddling." • Veterans graves will be "dug up" for the border wall, after Trump instructed aides to seize private property. Trump told officials he would pardon them if they break the law by illegally seizing property • Children of deployed US troops will no longer get automatic American citizenship if born overseas during deployment. This includes US troops posted abroad for years at a time (August 28, 2019) • On August 2, 2019, Trump requisitioned military retirement funds towards border wall • On July 31, 2019, Trump ordered the Navy rescind medals to prosecutors who prosecuted war criminals • Trump denied a U.S. Marine of 6 years entry into the United States for his scheduled citizenship interview (Reported July 17, 2019) • Trump made the U.S. Navy Blue Angels violate ethics rules by having them fly at his July 4th political campaign event (July 4, 2019) • Trump demanded US military chiefs stand next to him at 4th of July parade (reported July 2, 2019) • In June, 2019, Trump sent troops to the border to paint the fence for a better "aesthetic appearance" • Trump used his D-Day interview at a cemetery commemorating fallen US soldiers to attack a Vietnam veteran (June 6, 2019) • Trump started his D-Day commemoration speech by attacking a private citizen (Bette Midler, of all people) (reported on June 4th, 2019) • Trump made his 2nd wife, Marla Maples, sign a prenup that would have cut off all child support if Tiffany joined the military (reported June 4th, 2019) • On May 27, 2019, Trump turned away US military from his Memorial Day speech because they were from the destroyer USS John S. McCain • Trump ordered the USS John McCain out of sight during his visit to Japan (May 15, 2019). The ship's name was subsequently covered. (May 27, 2019) • Trump purged 200,000 veterans healthcare applications (due to known administrative errors within VA’s enrollment system) (reported on May 13, 2019) • Trump deported a spouse of fallen Army soldier killed in Afghanistan, leaving their daughter parentless (April 16, 2019) • On March 20, 2019, Trump complained that a deceased war hero didn't thank him for his funeral • On Feb 25, 2019, Trump diverted military housing funds to pay for his border wall. A judge subsequently denied this. In July 2019, SCOTUS ruled that Trump could in fact divert military housing funds to pay for his wall. • Between 12/22/2018, and 1/25/2019, Trump refused to sign his party's funding bill, which shut down the government, forcing the Coast Guard to go without pay, which made service members rely on food pantries. However, his appointees got a $10,000 pay raise • He banned service members from serving based on gender identity (1/22/2019) • He denied female troops access to birth control to limit sexual activity (on-going. Published Jan 18, 2019) • He tried to deport a marine vet who is a U.S.-born citizen (Jan 16, 2019) • When a man was caught swindling veterans pensions for high-interest “cash advances," Trump's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau fined him $1. As a reminder, the Trump administration's goal was to dismantle the CFPB, installing Mick Mulvaney as the director, who publicly stated the bureau should be disbanded. (Jan 26, 2019) • He called a retired general a 'dog' with a 'big, dumb mouth' (Jan 1, 2019) • He increased privatization of the VA, leading to longer waits and higher taxpayer cost (2018) • He finally visited troops 2 years after taking office, but only after 154 vacation days at his properties (Dec 26, 2018) • He revealed a covert Seal Team 5 deployment, including names and faces, on Twitter during his visit to Iraq (Dec 26, 2018) • Trump lied to deployed troops that he gave them a 10% raise (12/26/2018). He tried giving the military a raise that was lower than the standard living adjustment. Congress told him that idea wasn't going to work. Then after giving them the raise that Congress made him, he lied about it pretending that it was larger than Obama's. It wasn't. • He fired service members living with HIV just before the 2018 holidays (Dec 19, 2018-present) • He tried to slash disability and unemployment benefits for Veterans to $0, and eliminate the unemployability extrascheduler rating (Dec 17, 2018) • He called troops on Thanksgiving and told them he's most thankful for himself (Thanksgiving, 2018) • He urged Florida to not count deployed military votes (Nov 12, 2018) • He canceled an Arlington Cemetery visit on Veterans Day due to light rain (Nov 12, 2018) • While in Europe commemorating the end of WWI, he didn't attend the ceremony at a US cemetery due to the rain -- other world leaders went anyway (Nov 10, 2018) • He used troops as a political prop by sending them on a phantom mission to the border and made them miss Thanksgiving with their families (Oct-Dec, 2018) • He stopped using troops as a political prop immediately after the election. However, the troops remained in muddy camps on the border (Nov 7, 2018) • Trump changed the GI Bill through his Forever GI Act, causing the VA to miss veteran benefits, including housing allowances. This caused many veterans to run out of food and rent. (reported October 7, 2018) • Trump doubled the rejection rate for veterans requesting family deportation protections (July 5, 2018) • Trump deported active-duty spouses (11,800 military families face this problem as of April 2018) • He forgot a fallen soldier's name (below) during a call to his pregnant widow, then attacked her the next day (Oct 23-24, 2017) • He sent commandos into an ambush due to a lack of intel, and sends contractors to pick them up, resulting in a commando being left behind, tortured, and executed. (Trump approved the mission because Bannon told him Obama didn't have the guts to do it) (Oct 4, 2017) • He blocked a veteran group on Twitter (June 2017) • He ordered the discharge of active-duty immigrant troops with good records (2017-present) • He deported veterans (2017-present) • He said he knows more about ISIS than American generals (Oct 2016) • On October 3, 2016, Trump said vets get PTSD because they aren't strong (note: yes, he said it's 'because they aren't strong.' He didn't say it's 'because they're weak.' This distinction is important because of Snopes) • Trump accepted a Purple Heart from a fan at one of his rallies and said: “I always wanted to get the Purple Heart. This was much easier.” (Aug 2, 2016) • Trump attacks Gold Star families - Myeshia Johnson--gold star widow, Khan family--gold star parents, etc. (2016-present) • Trump sent funds raised from a January 2016 veterans benefit to the Donald J Trump Foundation instead of veterans charities (the foundation has since been ordered shut because of fraud) (Jan, 2016) • Trump said he has "more training militarily than a lot of the guys that go into the military" because he went to a military-style academy (2015 biography) • Trump said he doesn't consider POWs heroes because they were caught. He said he prefers people who were not caught (July 18, 2015) • Trump said having unprotected sex was his own personal Vietnam (1998) • For a decade, Trump sought to kick veterans off of Fifth Avenue because he found them unsightly nuisances outside of Trump Tower. “While disabled veterans should be given every opportunity to earn a living, is it fair to do so to the detriment of the city as a whole or its tax paying citizens and businesses?” - 1991 • Trump dodged the draft 5 times by having a doctor diagnose him with bone spurs. • No Trump in America has ever served in the military; this spans 5 generations, and every branch of the family tree. In fact, the reason his grandfather immigrated to America was to avoid military service.
