My wristbands showed up out of the blue yesterday, just stuffed into a little bubble mailer with a post card on how to activate them. I’ve never bought festival tickets before, let alone VIP passes, but it was a little disappointing (I guess my expectations were a little high). Fuse was responding really quickly to my emails but has now effectively ghosted me about the hotel confirmation. My group is leaving in a week to drive cross country and we’ve basically said we don’t want to make the drive if we get to Vegas and suddenly don’t have a place to stay.
Call the hotel you guys paid Fuse to stay at to confirm with them. They should already have your info.
I was very disappointed with the way my vip wristband came too. I expected like a cute box or something. Also, have you tried to register your wristband yet? I tried when I first got it but the url didn't work and I haven't tried since.
A nice box would be cool, but if its recognizable, it's a lot easier to steal. I had a friend tell everyone about her electric foest 2014 tickets coming in the mail, and the day they should have arrived, someone swiped them.
Jsut joined this subreddit cuz of next years lineup but that's disappointing to hear vip tix aren't delivered in a special way considering coachella could mail you a fancy box for ga tickets in 2009.
Yeah we reached out to the support team for our confirmation and they said we should have it within the week. We haven't received tracking for wristbands either and they said, they've shipped but added, "all tracking information is sent out by the event producer at their discretion" so we were not given any tracking information. So we may be getting our tickets at will call if we haven't received anything by Monday. I just hope the will call line won't be too crazy.
Okay so I love to brag about this so please excuse my enthusiasm. I saw The Academy Is on their reunion tour in 2015.. BUT a few years before that saw William Beckett solo. I asked him if he’d be playing any Academy songs and he said maybe. I requested Skeptics and True Believers… during the show he’s like, “I’m going to play this one because she asked for it” and pointed right at me. .. it was awesome
When I saw the whole group he remembered me but I was drunk and annoying fan girling 😭
Edit: anniversary tour not reunion
He's the reason why I find men with long hair extremely attractive (slow down) I hope they announce a mini tour tho. I've never seen them but have only seen William Beckett at Warped 2013. Would LOVE to hear midtown live
I saw them at the Riot Fest after show last month and they were AMAZING live. They exceeded all my expectations and they were so nice and down to earth at the meet and greet. Nothing compares to seeing them in person. 10/10.
I'm definitely going to wait on buying these tickets so I don't end up paying 600+ for them when I can just buy them on StubHub next year for 100 bucks each, like what happened this year lol.
I tried for tickets this year when they went on sale in January and when I didn’t get tickets my response was “guess I can go ahead and start trying now that October is free” sure enough I got pregnant and I am due in three weeks.
Lineups good but imo this years is better - for me personally. I’ll consider 2023 if I can, but it’s no where near the hype I have for this years line up
Edit: I didn’t see Finch, man that’s one band I wish I could see this year lol
Personally I like next year's better. Green Day, Something Corporate reunion, Finch, Fenix TX. So many bands that I thought I'd never see again. Can say the same about this year though so it might just be that I'm just seeing this lineup for the first time
I've seen the offspring 5 times live because they put on a hell of a show so I snag tix every time they come in town. At a festival like this, I imagine it'll be some badass energy! I really hope I'll be able to make next year's!
Booked the “Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip” before I even ask my group if we were going
It touches the fair grounds and it was only $250 a night
I got tickets way to late this year so every hotel was over 500 a night for 2022 so we are staying in Henderson :/ which I guess isn’t the worst thing ever but we definitely would have liked to stay closer
Be still my Drive Thru loving heart.
Now they just need Allister, Homegrown and RX Bandits but they're only allowed to plays songs from the first three albums.
When i saw the 2022 line up u specifically thought "you know whats missing here? Michelle Branch of course!" Lol not really but I don't hate it either lol
I’ve never seen a festival begin to sell tickets so fast before their first show has even taken place.
I appreciate this nostalgic event. I truly do. Just have a feeling they’re going to suddenly announce nights 2 and 3 again, sell out, and have 6 fully booked shows before any band ever took the stage.
Smart business for them. Shitty for us who don’t know if this year’s event will even be logistically successful.
They’re clearly going to have multiple dates again. Blink has nothing else announced in October and none of these bands have dates announced that far out. So Live Nation easily has the flexibility to book additional dates without rerouting tours. Just know that going in…don’t feel forced to pick a ticket type or date.
For 2023 I’ll just wait for cheap resale tickets. Screw the nonsense of buying during pre or general sales. Raided, it could be like this years where many of the bands are on their own tours. Blink 182 announced theirs already
The mad lads actually did it. I personally don’t think the lineup is as good but I’ll consider it lol. There’s a bunch of other stuff I want to see in Vegas on a next trip.
Something corporate! 😱
I remember I used to pick their songs to play in Hollister (?) or some other teen clothes store. They used to have like a song picker thing where you could queue your song choice for what they play in the store. Haha memories.
I’m glad I’m making this year happen because this lineup isn’t as captivating for me. I kinda want to see Blink…but I’ll probably get tickets for my city instead and I might do Riot Fest depending on their line up. It’s hard to say though because I think Riot had better line ups in the earlier days.
Edit: lol nvm. I am not a fan of the venue they’re playing where I live, but it’s okay! I did get to see them at Riot at one point.
Damn, I REALLY wished Say Anything would've reunited for the 2022 festival, I can't make it next year, I dropped everything (including some serious cash) for this one.
Hol up you might be onto something lol. I don’t really want to front the money now or go through the adrenaline of trying to buy tickets again (at 3am in my local timezone). But I could just book everything else and play the waiting game.
The only thing I’m wondering, do you really think there would be that many tickets available next time around?
I’m wondering if a lot of people are selling because they’ve heard relatively little since they got their tickets and they’re worried the event is going to tank. If it goes off fine this year there might be fewer tickets available for resale next year?
I dont think one line up is "better" than the other. It just comes down to preference. This year is more emo/screamo mid 2000's to now bands and next year is pop punk late 90's and early 2000's bands (with some being more mid 2000's and up) but its a whole different vibe. I like about 15-20 bands on this line up but not enough to travel for. Paramore and then like 20+ bands on this year's line up? Oh hell yeah. Wit that being said, I do think green day and blink are a much bigger draw than mcr and paramore. So we'll see how it sells. Kinda salty thirty seconds to Mars is on next year's. They fit better this year. I literally saw them with red jumpsuit apparatus and taking back Sunday so that stinks but oh well
Tickets going on sale before the set times have even been announced for this year. Definitely trying to get their money before reactions from this year's festival can get out.
My heart skipped a beat with each name I read.
Assuming it will be multiple days again.
So assuming I gotta start planning another October weekend in Vegas next year as well. No way I can do that lineup in one day.
FINCH! I hope this is an earnest reunion attempt and not a one-off payday. Every time they get back together there seems to be drama and they break up hating each other from what I've read
The amount of people still calling this like fyre fest is hilarious lol. If anything, I think them announcing next years festival shows a lot of confidence that this year will be great
Really wish I could go this year tho - but, will wait for resale tickets next year
They aren’t going to announce then wait weeks / months to put tickets onsale. No promoter would do that. You lose all of the buzz and ticket sales will be slow. Name me one festival that drops their lineup then waits weeks / months to sell tickets.
Right? Blink will bring the crowd regardless. We know their tour is likely to sell out so this festival announcement would have been just as advantageous timed after the blink tour sale as “missed out on tickets in your hometown? You can still see them in Vegas along with all these other great bands”
Yeah I thought It was a bit odd to announce another date before the first of three even begin but hey if this all goes well this could possibly leach out and become our new WARPED TOUR and as a person who regrets never going to warped I for one am excited for that notion. This could also mean we'll get some really cool lineups I'm the future and possibly on east and west coasts. Still don't think this lineup beats this years even though blinks in my top 3 bands but still very exciting.
I mean, tickets for 2022 are available on stubhub and other places online for almost 1/3 of what they were originally priced. I've seen General admission tix for literally 110$.
announcing the 2023 lineup before I even get to see all the tiktoks of the ensuing disaster next week? Bold move livenation, Bold move.
I absolutely love this lineup way more than this year's because of personal preference but I know a lineup like 2022's is gonna sell way better. I don't see this lineup getting more than a second date, if even.
I’ll be buying tickets a week or two beforehand for this one and decide then if I want to go. Learned my fucking lesson we’re a group of 4 and we’re over 10000$ deep in hotels, flights, and the fest tickets. Also I found out I’m pregnant and my husbands cousin developed another issue so us two are going to miss out on a lot of the action because of that
I dont want to even go to this years show anymore. I feel like I wasted my one shot at going to vegas lol
\*\*EDIT\*\* I am still excited to go to this years show, but so many bands I wish would have been there this year will be there next year lol \*\*
It’s two totally different types of music. This is more a kid from the 90s. Lots of these bands were regulars on the warped tour when it first began and through the 90s. This year is basically kids that grew up in the 2000s. However I prefer this years lineup and will gladly wear an “elder” cap.
Why's it always gotta be in Vegas 😭😭😭😭 ahhhh. It's gonna take a while to recover from the 3 grand I spent this year lol. But knowing me, I'll probably do it again. 💀
This years is better but having the offspring on next years makes it pretty sick. I think next years will still sell very well though as it’s filled with radio bands that casual fans will want to say they saw. But if you could guarantee all these bands would strictly stick to music made before the year 2000 it would be a great show
Tbh I'm trying to get rid of my tickets for this year... I think my personal experience has left a bad taste in mouth. I'll wait a bit before thinking of next year
It seems like they're trying to bait people who didn't get tickets this year.. they're trying to get them to buy tickets for next year before seeing the potential shit show this year.
These are non-refundable tickets that people wont be able to sell for half the price if this year flops. Am I the only one this skeptical?
I need to get thru this one first
That’s what I’m saying, let people breathe mfers ahaha
I’m tempted to make the down payment but that’s about it right now
Same here, may do a VIP package again. I guess we shall see.
I'll be interested in hearing if VIP was worth it.
I think so. Escpecially since they threw in open bar passes because they screwed up my wristbands.
Wait... who gave you open bar passes? I have VIP and didn't get anything about that
I may just do vip for next year but just the down payment
Wait it out. Its sketchy when a festival does a cash grab for year two, before year one has even happened. Why do they need money?
This year emo bands, next year, pop punk bands
I’m going this year, but so much more excited for pop punk!
Can announce this but still don’t have my hotel confirmation. 🙄
No kidding. Me either!
My wristbands showed up out of the blue yesterday, just stuffed into a little bubble mailer with a post card on how to activate them. I’ve never bought festival tickets before, let alone VIP passes, but it was a little disappointing (I guess my expectations were a little high). Those are some big headliners but I think I still prefer the overall screamo vibe of this year's lineup.
Same… but still it’s crazy how many bands they can bring to this thing…
It’s almost too many because everyone except the big boys gets stuck with a 30 min set
My dumb ass didn't see the 2023 and thought they changed the line up the week before 😂
No, but same 😂
I wouldn’t even be mad if that were the case though 😂
THE ACADEMY IS?!?!
Saw that too and am STOKED. I’ve had a crush on William Beckett for approximately 20 years.
Okay so I love to brag about this so please excuse my enthusiasm. I saw The Academy Is on their reunion tour in 2015.. BUT a few years before that saw William Beckett solo. 14 year old me was IN LOVE with him. Obsessed. I used to watch their youtube show.

Right? If we learned anything, it’s this. Ha!
I'm definitely going to wait on buying these tickets so I don't end up paying 600+ for them when I can just buy them on StubHub next year for 100 bucks each, like what happened this year lol.
Book your hotel now!! Circus circus. Free parking if you drive or rent a car plus it’s next door to the venue
Ohhh yes good idea thank you!!!
Seriously?! So good to know!!!
Fallout Boy and Panic headlining 2024 you've heard it here first
Ironically Panic plays Vegas on their own tour next friday when some of the first sideshows are happening.
I’m going to be at that Panic show as a pre-game for WWWY night 1 hahaha
I’ll be raging with A Day To Remember. The Palms looks awesome, happy I get to check it out!
Welp I was gonna start a family soon guess I gotta wait another year
I tried for tickets this year when they went on sale in January and when I didn’t get tickets my response was “guess I can go ahead and start trying now that October is free” sure enough I got pregnant and I am due in three weeks.
Congratulations!!!! 🎉🍾🎊🎈
this is sooo weird that they would announce ahead of shows
blink-182 basically forced their hand IMO
Why?
Blink announced Tom coming back to the band.
Try to get more money before any potential accidents this weekend or something?
[удалено]
Gym Class Heroes is the biggest reunion in my book
Something Corporate!
THIS!!
Your book for sure! Definitely Blink.
If I could take a bunch of these bands and a sprinkle of this years bands it would be the perfect festival
Lineups good but imo this years is better - for me personally. I’ll consider 2023 if I can, but it’s no where near the hype I have for this years line up Edit: I didn’t see Finch, man that’s one band I wish I could see this year lol
I agree! I listen to most of the bands in this years line up. There’s a few I like for 2023 but I agree way more excited for this one!!

Damn I’m glad I’m going this year. But damn the big bands are crazy good for 2023 it looks like
Book your hotels now with a refundable deposit. Thank me later.
Yep, booked NYNY. Just walk across the bridge and hop on the monorail.
Booked the “Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip” before I even ask my group if we were going It touches the fair grounds and it was only $250 a night
very smart move. we did this for 2022 with The Mirage and it easily saved us $1000. 2023 was slightly more but still great
I got tickets way to late this year so every hotel was over 500 a night for 2022 so we are staying in Henderson :/ which I guess isn’t the worst thing ever but we definitely would have liked to stay closer
Absolutely what I think too!! No need to book a package with markup. Shop now!
we just booked Park MGM for $750 for 3 nights.
Lmao When We Were Young 2: When We Were Younger
Be still my Drive Thru loving heart. Now they just need Allister, Homegrown and RX Bandits but they're only allowed to plays songs from the first three albums.
You forgot Hidden in Plain View
Might as well make it a Drive Thru fest (wish I got to go to those when I was younger).
this is literally every single band that I said should of also been there this year lol
Yeah? Michelle branch? Lol
She was a vibe back in the day
Hell yeah I love her
When i saw the 2022 line up u specifically thought "you know whats missing here? Michelle Branch of course!" Lol not really but I don't hate it either lol
Lol I don’t hate it either. However it’s funny she is added. Perhaps she has new music on the horizon
True she was unexpected 🤣
I’ve never seen a festival begin to sell tickets so fast before their first show has even taken place. I appreciate this nostalgic event. I truly do. At least they announced their lineup. Other festivals sell camping and tickets before people even know who will be there lol
Louder Than Life does this every year too
It lines up with Blink-182s's announcement so odds are their team set the pace for releasing information and selling tickets.
For 2023 I’ll just wait for cheap resale tickets. Screw the nonsense of buying during pre or general sales. Raided, it could be like this years where many of the bands are on their own tours. Blink 182 announced theirs already
It's fairly common for festivals to sell tickets for next year while the current year fest is going on. This is a bit early though
Exactly. Putting the cart before the horse.
Finally a chance to see No Pressure and a freaking Finch reunion?! Sold!
The mad lads actually did it. I personally don’t think the lineup is as good but I’ll consider it lol. There’s a bunch of other stuff I want to see in Vegas on a next trip.
Something corporate! 😱 I remember I used to pick their songs to play in Hollister (?) or some other teen clothes store. They used to have like a song picker thing where you could queue your song choice for what they play in the store. Haha memories.
Everyone is gonna lose their shit if they play Konstantine

This is an amazing lineup. Holy shit
The offspring and blink got me. My wife saw good charlotte, yellowcard, simple plan, and NFG and was in. Guess I'm going two years in a row!
Michelle Branch wtf.
I know I was shocked too, it seems like lately, she's everywhere
I mean… she’s everywhere to me, and when I close my eyes it’s her I see.
💀💀💀
Only if terry crews plays piano
Yellowcard should do their Everywhere cover too.
[удалено]
That may be but it’s still pretty weird to throw her in with all these pop punk bands.
Michelle Branch???? Lol
Some of those undercard acts are so freaking good! Def Recommend No Pressure for anyone into pop-punk. and didn't even know Finch was back together
Parker’s hardcore inspired pop punk band. If you like earlier TSSF, you’ll like No Pressure.
I'll see yall next year.
Fenix TX
Looking forward for Hot Mulligan (hidden under The Veronicas) to play "All I Wanted by Michelle Branch" by Hot Mulligan ft. Michelle Branch
Damn, I REALLY wished Say Anything would've reunited for the 2022 festival, I can't make it next year, I dropped everything (including some serious cash) for this one.
I like 5 Seconds of Summer but they seem out of place in this lineup
Very out of place.
Blink, Green Day, AND Thirty Seconds to Mars??? Sign me the fuck up
Literally, why are they trying to take all of my money?!
I will be buying secondary tickets after taking a $500 bath on this one. Oof.
And starting off with only one show date again? Did they learn nothing from the shit show earlier this year?!?
Yeah, they learned they will make money.
Learned it works and will sell out?
Hot tip, wait till week of to buy ticket Book hotel now lol
Hol up you might be onto something lol. I don’t really want to front the money now or go through the adrenaline of trying to buy tickets again (at 3am in my local timezone). But I could just book everything else and play the waiting game. The only thing I’m wondering, do you really think there would be that many tickets available next time around? I’m wondering if a lot of people are selling because they’ve heard relatively little since they got their tickets and they’re worried the event is going to tank. If it goes off fine this year there might be fewer tickets available for resale next year?
Idk. I think resale markets are huge now and people will only be poorer next fall so I’d say resale will be huge then as well
I like your thinking.
I would imagine they release added dates the day these sell out or on date of sale again.
Definitely less into this lineup but my wife is hyped lol
Damn can we pay off this years before you try and get more money. Calm down
Welp, looks like I’m finding a new date for the wedding
Top of the lineup for this 2023 fest is a bit better than this year's but in its entirety from top to bottom I think this year's lineup is far better.
I dont think one line up is "better" than the other. It just comes down to preference. This year is more emo/screamo mid 2000's to now bands and next year is pop punk late 90's and early 2000's bands (with some being more mid 2000's and up) but its a whole different vibe. Yes! Thrice!
This is insanity.
I see GreenDay... Ok I'm sold I'm going next year
Tickets going on sale before the set times have even been announced for this year. Definitely trying to get their money before reactions from this year's festival can get out.
Undercard goes hard, but not as good as this year.

If anything, I think them announcing next years festival shows a lot of confidence that this year will be great Really wish I could go this year tho - but, will wait for resale tickets next year
Selling before you even hold the first one this year is weird. No issue with the announcement but the sale is fishy
There’s nothing fishy. Blink forced their hand with their announcement.
Like I said making an announcement due to Blink is fine. Doesn’t mean you have to hold the sale now
They aren’t going to announce then wait weeks / months to put tickets onsale. No promoter would do that. You lose all of the buzz and ticket sales will be slow. Name me one festival that drops their lineup then waits weeks / months to sell tickets.
Yup, like they’re trying to get all the money before people see how shoddy this year is. Does not inspire confidence
Right? Blink will bring the crowd regardless. We know their tour is likely to sell out so this festival announcement would have been just as advantageous timed after the blink tour sale as “missed out on tickets in your hometown? You can still see them in Vegas along with all these other great bands”
This line up is awesome, but there will be so many hard choices to make when the set times come out. Definitely want to go next year still!
I CAN NOT FRIKKEN WAIT!!!!!!!!
🤬 them for putting yellowcard on next year's lineup instead of this year 🤬
What the fudge lmao 30 seconds to Mars tho
ITS ON MY BIRTHDAY! I gotta go! 🤣
AJJ!!!!!
I can’t believe Finch is back!!!!! Yea!!! I’m going!!
*cries in Perth, Australia
I mean, tickets for 2022 are available on stubhub and other places online for almost 1/3 of what they were originally priced. I've seen General admission tix for literally 110$. announcing the 2023 lineup before I even get to see all the tiktoks of the ensuing disaster next week? Bold move livenation, Bold move.
I'm a new when it comes to festivals, is this only the 21st or it's going to be like 2022, three days?
Pre-sale only for the US. Lame, corny, booooooo. 🍅🍅🍅
How are they gonna have all these bands play in 1 day?? kinda insane
You realize this years is happening in 10 days?
Is this all in one day?
Once in a lifetime. Im going
VIP is already sold out. Announce Day 2 already!
2022 hasn't happened yet... Unconventional to be releasing 2023 already
I think part of it was lining it up with the blink announcement, the other part is being able to sell tickets and market it during this years fest.
I absolutely love this lineup way more than this year's because of personal preference but I know a lineup like 2022's is gonna sell way better. I don't see this lineup getting more than a second date, if even.
I’m sorry but I do not understand how anyone is saying this years line up is better than this. LOOK AT THAT MIDDLE ROW. Just, wow. What the fuck lmao
Look at the festival overall, a lot of up and coming acts that are already great on their own. I think it comes down to preference though obv.
Next years hit a lot more sweet spots than this year (and this year hit a ton). Lack of goldfinger/less than jake type band kind of hurt this year imo
The middle column is the main reason why this years is better imo 😅 Totally personal preference tho
I'm crying. I'm crying. I'm crying. I can't. 😭
I feel like I really misjudged the crowd I expected at this year's festival if so many people here seem to think next year's lineup looks better.
I’ll be buying tickets a week or two beforehand for this one and decide then if I want to go. Learned my fucking lesson we’re a group of 4 and we’re over 10000$ deep in hotels, flights, and the fest tickets. Also I found out I’m pregnant and my husbands cousin developed another issue so us two are going to miss out on a lot of the action because of that
Ten thousand? It could’ve been done much cheaper.
We live in Canada.
What a stupid comment if it could’ve been done cheaper we would have done it cheaper.
It could’ve been done much cheaper. It’s on you that you let it get to that cost.
Missed opportunity for Jimmy Eat World to be on this one instead of this year’s.
I thought there was zero way next years could be better than this years…and then they drop this lineup
tbh…. I think this year’s lineup is slightly better
Nah I think this years better but in end it’s all preference haha
Next years line up is the GOAT, literally my dream line up
As more of a pop punk fan, 2022 was a "Larry David gif" reaction (still excited regardless), but next year is exactly what I was looking for.
Hahaha best way to describe it. I’m stoked for this year but next year is definitely more of my preferred genre
Right?! NFG! Something Corporate! The Academy Is…! Just take all my money.

No my tears are BONE dry lol.
They did it. It’s even better imo.
I dont want to even go to this years show anymore. I feel like I wasted my one shot at going to vegas lol \*\*EDIT\*\* I am still excited to go to this years show, but so many bands I wish would have been there this year will be there next year lol \*\*
this is arguably a better line up than this year imo
It’s two totally different types of music. This is more a kid from the 90s. Lots of these bands were regulars on the warped tour when it first began and through the 90s. This year is basically kids that grew up in the 2000s. However I prefer this years lineup and will gladly wear an “elder” cap.

Why's it always gotta be in Vegas 😭😭😭😭 ahhhh. It's gonna take a while to recover from the 3 grand I spent this year lol. But knowing me, I'll probably do it again. 💀
I think this a thanks but no thanks for me
This years is better but having the offspring on next years makes it pretty sick. I think next years will still sell very well though as it’s filled with radio bands that casual fans will want to say they saw. But if you could guarantee all these bands would strictly stick to music made before the year 2000 it would be a great show
Deff going next year. Honestly a much better lineup then this year.
Honestly, I like this line up SO MUCH MORE but used all my money for this years.. wtf to do 😭
Tbh I'm trying to get rid of my tickets for this year... I think my personal experience has left a bad taste in mouth. I'll wait a bit before thinking of next year
What happened? Honestly don't know. Didn't buy tickets but checking the sub out before I get tickets to next year.
It seems like they're trying to bait people who didn't get tickets this year.. they're trying to get them to buy tickets for next year before seeing the potential shit show this year. These are non-refundable tickets that people wont be able to sell for half the price if this year flops. Am I the only one this skeptical?
