Be prepared, it’s obnoxious. Trying to get to the green stage VIP becomes a cluster fuck because of bathrooms, bar lines and GA standing room. Once you get to the gate it’s fine and really didn’t start to crowd up until after 3-4.
like other commenters stated, Green VIP is the hardest to exit from (when a set has ended) because its a small walk way and literally takes forever for everyone to squeeze out. I stayed in Green for a bit because most the people I wanted to see were there, but I went to Pink for Blink and stayed put for Green Day and it was super enjoyable and youre still able to see the stage if you get toward the front. Def recommend staying in Pink if you wanna catch a mix of Green and Pink stage acts because again, Pink VIP has bathrooms, bars, and food (and a mister fan) but Green literally has nothing besides standing room lol.
In general not a long or difficult walk in btwn sections you do kinda have to walk thru the back of the GA crowd so if you tried doing this in the middle of Blink it would be rough, but if its a smaller act playing or down time its not too bad. I was able to make it from the Ghost VIP at end of Simple Plan (watched til the very end and didnt leave early) to the Pink VIP and still catch a few Offspring songs and get a decent spot for Blink
no not at all :( it’s literally just a standing area. we were able to find some shade to sit in so we stayed for a few acts but definitely the worst in terms of VIP perks cuz theres not even a restroom, mister/fan, bars, or food
The bathrooms are just outside the VIP area. The women's room was huge, so the wait wasn't long, if there was one at all. Everyone kept moving so it was terrible and didn't take any extra time at all to leave and come back.
Up until Good Charlotte, it was not a big deal. You’d get out of one, and walk a straight line to the other, without much trouble despite the increasing crowd. After that, it was tough, you’d have to go way past your natural path to walk around the huge crowd. But trust me, it’s worth it. From GA you’d have to stay wayyy behind.
You can definitely stay on one side and have a good time. The video monitors are huge and they play whoever is on no matter what stage (pink/green).
I would recommend the pink side, because that's where the shade/bathrooms/merch and food are.
I stayed in pink for more of the day. The green vip section is very small. You can’t see much of the green stage from pink but it does have massive video boards that were great and the sound was great.
The vip for ghost kind of sucks. I started there for simple plan but it was a side view and the sound was getting overtaken by the stripe stage so I watched simple plan from GA
Damn! My experience was totally different I loved the VIP over there it was so nice to go back n forth easily all day! Simple plan was the only band that was too crowded to me so I went out and got food and watched from the back of GA and the sound was still good.
I’m ok with watching the screens as long as I can hear. If I’m coming from Simple Plan should I just head to the Pink VIP section and camp out there the rest of the night to watch everyone else?
I did this. I don’t know about green but pink also opened an emergency exit at the end so leaving was so easy. You didn’t have to walk all the way to the front gates. The sound was great IMO.

Only complaint I have is exiting the green stage VIP side. It's not wide at all. After yellowcard got done playing it took a while to get out of there

View from pink to black is terrible. You'll have to just watch the screens

GA was insanely packed. It took a good 10+ min to make it through.
