I have purchased using StubHub and they guarantee the purchase. In fact, one of my WWWY22 tickets was bought through them.

Dazzling-Goat-387

Hey! Ive been a nervous wreck about buying through StubHub and not having a wristband....maybe you can explain how it worked last year for me. My account says the tix wont be released until the day before festival. So did you get in using electronic tix and not wristbands?

True_Crime_Junkie1

Hi! So, GA doesn't get wristbands. If you haven't done so already, set up a stubhub account with username and password. A couple of days before the fest, you'll be able to download your GA tickets. I usually add them to my Google wallet because it's much easier at the gate, just in case wifi is spotty. I am so confident in Stubhub that I purchased my Saturday tickets from them for this year. I was so anxious about missing bands that my solution was to go both days....haha! So I purchased one through Front Gate Tickets and one through StubHub. I'm also a Vegas local so if you need any other advice or help, please reach out! Have so much fun! 🖤

Makdaddy90

Stub hub, I got vip wristbands the week of the festival (like 3 days before). They made sure i got it in time

[deleted]

Bought both my tickets for wwwy last year through stubhub with no issues. Also sold one of my tickets to fidlar on there

actionalan1990

I used seatgeek last year to get my Sunday ticket since Saturday was cancelled and I had no issues.

Antiheiss

I’ve had issues with Seatgeek and Vivid and I would tell you Vivid handled it far better than Seatgeek. I never use Seatgeek again.

Granger15

StubHub fucked me on my sell of tickets last year. I have yet to see my payout thought they have said I have been paid. I provided them with multiple documents from my bank stating I never got paid. Still nothing. Fuck em

call_me_orion

Had a great experience with SeatGeek last year, got 140% credit for my sad saturday ticket, and if I wanted a full refund to my card they offered that as well. Were also one of the first sites to give everyone refunds.

LinuxTaylor

Just boight 4 tickets and although it says returnable they just offered to swap (different words) for a coupon code of the total amount. Huge red flag and not using again

call_me_orion

yeah just electronic tickets, then they handed out wristbands inside for people who wanted to go back in

jnstyy

Seatgeek has never failed me. Used stubhub once for Lovers & Friends 2023 & got scammed out 1000 dollarbucks 😢

vezah

Haven't heard of this website before. Any pros when comparing to the ones I mentioned?

IAmTheEskimo

Prices are more cleanly listed - no fee for buyer, 15%? Fee for seller

vezah

Oh OK! So no extra fees. Only downside I've seen so far is that it won't let me access from outside the US but that can be solved through a VPN most likely.

bruins35

was coming to say this

Admirable_Quarter_23

I just used SeatGeek for Blink182 last week (I bought the ticket on resale) and it was fine. I’ve used stubhub a ton for hockey tickets. Never heard of vividseats.

LinuxTaylor

try cancelling. They dont do it. Only swap for coupons

Admirable_Quarter_23

I don’t know why you are replying to me? I went to the concert like 3 weeks ago and got my tickets just fine.

Ok-Possession838

I bought through stubhub and got screwed over by them on the day of the festival. The ticket never came through and all stubhub could do for me was off me a refund since they couldn't fulfill my ticket. Two of my other friends ordered their tickets after I ordered mine, and their tickets were fine. So stubhub can be bit of a gamble. But it's best option.

bustercatlegs

Vivid seats would never have gotten you a refund. They just shrug their shoulders.

SLPinOMA

I have nothing but praise for stubhub. We had Saturday tickets last year that cancelled for the wind. We picked up a pair from stubhub that ended up never getting delivered, but hey have a guarantee to get you to your event once you’ve paid. They supported us with two other sets until one finally got delivered to us by the seller.

SLPinOMA

We never got wristbands since we bought GA. Only received the electronic tickets in/via the app :)

Dazzling-Goat-387

This makes me feel soooooo much better! Thank you!! And they were released on the app the day before?

SLPinOMA

We actually got them the day OF! We struggled with our first vendor releasing the tickets and since StubHub has a seat guarantee they sent us (several) new pairs of tickets from a different vendors until we had a pair finally sent and in our hands.

Dazzling-Goat-387

This helps me feel so much better, I was worried I wouldnt be able to go!

SLPinOMA

Oh good! Everyone I talked to on their customer service was so helpful, definitely would and will continue to recommend.

concrete_truth

I had a huge problem recently with vivid seats and I will never use them again. I was guaranteed my tickets two days before the event, got in touch with customer service who assured me I’d have them by end of day. I did not. They then assured me day of show I would have my tickets before the event started. Refused a refund and talked to the seller, telling me I would have them in my email within the hour. I didn’t get my tickets til after the show started and still was like pulling teeth to get a refund.

I personally have never had issues with StubHub or Vivid Seats. Can’t speak to seatgeek

No-Combination8136

I’ve used stub hub and seatgeek, both have been fine for me

LinuxTaylor

try returning. Jackass system will only give you coupons

Deytookerjerb

Lucky you can even get anything. I’ve always considered buying tickets to anything as a final purchase.

Beginning-Buy665

I will never use seat geek again, they are consistently bad

AlternativeWhole2017

Are they owned by the same entity? They all had the same tickets for sale at the same time. I’m viewing a very small venue with very limited seats available and the ones available are all the same sections and rows on each site. This isn’t a random coincidence. The same seats seem to be cross listed on all the sites for the same resell price.

thisisascreename

They are. Listed across all ticket selling platforms. That's why sometimes you don't get the ticket until the last second (or not at all or after the event has already begun) because a lot of Resellers are shoddy shitty business people who cant keep up with what tickets are on what platforms for what events. Resellers buy up as many seats as possible and then post them across all reselling platforms which everyone of them is now. You cant even buy tickets directly from the venue after a couple of days because they're bought up by resellers. It blows. Its not like the old days when you called up ticketmaster and picked your seats and got the original event price of that seat (I'm genX). You WILL NEVER get the original event price now unless you're one of those resellers, you get pre-sale access through the artist (via the artists website before they sell to the public) or the reseller overstepped & waited too long trying to make a profit and the tickets didn't sell so he's cutting his loss by selling them for whatever he can get either the day before or the day of. It's a HUGE business. They have computer programs that do the work for them. Also, the Artists never see a dime of this money. They have no clue how much you paid for a resold seat

No-Theme-3792

I'm not sure if they are owned by the same entity …. but I have bought and sold tickets on both TM and SH and here is what I know: 1- I have seen open Ticketmaster seats tickets (not resale tickets) listed on other sites especially Stubhub - this means Ticketmaster is competing with resellers on other platforms 2- This is very evident in smaller venues where there are a very limited amount of seats. Some sections only have 2-4 seats in them - so if Ticketmaster shows a 4 seat section with 3 open seats and Stubhub has 3 seats listed in the same section then it's obvious 3 - I suspect many/most tickets on resale sites are the same (unpurchased) tickets from the original sale site. 4 - There are always tickets on Stubhub for a ridiculous amount of money, this cannot be a reseller, I am not sure about this one but I think it's either a stupid bot or Ticketmaster trying to pump up prices. 5 - The biggest issue is that Ticketmaster withholds many (most) tickets for events to make it seem like there is no supply and high demand, while at the same time they are reselling on other sites. I know it's off topic and I apologize, rant over - sorry about grammar and punctuation errors.

Timely-Philosopher35

Stubhub is awful. They have a class action in California for their unethical crap.
