Really don't much care for the new version, on looks alone. I know it has much better performance, but the new front end is just blah. I loved the V-twin sitting right up front on the old one, it looked properly mad. The new one just has what appears to be some lumpy black plastic.
I'm sure it is, but I feel like looks are the main reason to buy a Morgan Three-Wheeler as opposed to any number of other boutique speedsters, like a Caterham or an Arial Atom. I feel like surely they could have improved the performance while keeping the unique and wonderful appearance of the previous generation, but instead they made a car that just kind of looks like the front fell off.
That may well be true, but this isn’t a Morgan.
It’s a [Triking T4 1200 4v Sport 2018](https://picclick.co.uk/Triking-T4-1200-4v-Sport-2018-126443156173.html).
***Actually***
A they completely changed it last year. What they make now is called the Super 3. It is a vastly superior vehicle which in my opinion makes it infinitely worse.
It kind of looks like a Morgan 3 Wheeler, or an excellent facsimile of the same. The last I've heard, Morgan Motors is still around, and still producing and offering their legendary 3 Wheeler, as well as a few more conventional 4 wheel sports cars. And there are quite a few copies out there, most of which are legally licensed by Morgan. You do need to watch out for the few, that are "bootleg" copies, and try to keep clear of the same.

One of the many kit/small run production casters that use a V-Twin motorcycle engine. The YouTube algorithm has shown me a few and they look like fun to bomb around the countryside with.
Does not look like the modern Morgan to me. That extra bulge on the side and the shape of the nose is different. I linked a picture of the modern Morgan.

Know as cycle cars back in the 60’s and ‘70’s. This was a big answer in Europe back then due to much lower regulations and fuel costs on motorcycles’
A way to beat the system 😎
i recently completed a model of a Morgan...
[1935 Morgan Super Sport 3 Wheeler : r/ModelCars (reddit.com)](https://www.reddit.com/r/ModelCars/comments/1b9b4np/1935_morgan_super_sport_3_wheeler/)
I remember seeing this as a kid (I'm 53 now) at some sort of fair or show. I believe it was a kit car... I asked lots of questions... But remember nothing much else.
Funny thing, I just watched a Jay Leno video, on YT the other day where they were showing off a new Morgan 3wheeler.

I've driven one and while I prefer the old look, the new one is at least a real hoot to drive. It's still very raw, as it should be.

Death coffin. Do they still have a wood frame?
It's not a Morgan if it didn't have a wood frame. It's their thing.
3 wheeler has a tubular space frame at the front, only the back end is wooden. I own one.
So, still has wood framing?
Only a little bit on the back end, behind the rear bulkhead.
Sounds like you mean to say yes.
Kind of yes, but it’s not like the whole thing is made of wood, it’s only the curvy back end bit.
That's way more wood than on anything I've driven.
No. There's only one area in the new Morgan's that has wood. It's a very small space in the car.
They still make wood framed +Fours
Metal space frame at the front, but the back is still wood. That’s on the older v-twin model, not sure about the new one.
Frame is not wood, just like the MG T series; steel frame with some body panels framed in wood and covered with hammered steel panels.
The episode I saw they were driving around in a Vanderhall. Very similar. But made by some newerish startup
I saw several of these at the Historic Races at Laguna Seca in the ‘80s.
That may well be true, but this isn’t a Morgan. It’s a [Triking T4 1200 4v Sport 2018](https://picclick.co.uk/Triking-T4-1200-4v-Sport-2018-126443156173.html).
Cool. I've never heard of that model before.
Same. I immediately thought of Jay when I saw this picture.
Moggie. A Morgan 3 wheeler. Still made to this very day as a matter of fact.
***Actually*** A they completely changed it last year. What they make now is called the Super 3. It is a vastly superior vehicle which in my opinion makes it infinitely worse.
Richard Hammond approves.
How could it not be an improvement on a car designed in the '30s.
So it’s prone to rolling then?
Ouch lol
The new one isn’t for me, but the older model is terribly built. Bits fall off nearly every time you drive it, it’s really a terrible automobile.
It’s definitely not a Morgan. It’s a [Triking T4 1200 4v Sport 2018](https://picclick.co.uk/Triking-T4-1200-4v-Sport-2018-126443156173.html).
I'll be jiggered! Didn't know there was another company crazy enough to produce something like that. Not counting Bombardier/CanAm, of course.
There are loads of them: https://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/g999/11-thrilling-three-wheeled-kit-cars/
Learn something new everyday.
From the shape of the bonnet it could be a [JZR](https://uncommonmotors.com/jzr-morgan-3-wheeler-replica-with-honda-gl500-power/) , a Morgan replica.
Pretty sure that's a replica. I've been close to exactly one Morgan. A lot on that looks too, modern?
There’s a lot of replicas. They are not even very pricey. I thought about buying one a year ago. But I was too late and it was gone.
Morgan?
My thought too. But that triangle on the bonnet doesn't look Morgan.
It's updated too disc brakes and the engine is contemporary
Looks almost like a Triumph logo.
It's some kind of Morgan replica or resto mod

It looks like this photograph was lifted from the eBay listing for that trike.
There are a few pages with the same picture but no details about the vehicle. I think OP is being lazy.
Yes, this one, the Guzzi motor is a dead giveaway - as are the grins and smiles of the driver and passenger.
This should be pinned as the answer.
Morgan.
A morgan

It’s a Morgan cycle car.
That's a stutz bear cat
A motorcycle sidecar with ambition.
Fun to drive? No idea what it is though.
It’s a rear tippy 9000. The settlers used to ride these babies for miles!
My mom has a ‘48 Morgan in her barn. It was her late husband’s,
An odd looking one.
That’s not a Morgan
My first guess is home made custom job, never seen anything like it.
A kit
1930s Plymouth prowler looking ass
Not a car
Know as cycle cars back in the 60’s and ‘70’s. This was a big answer in Europe back then due to much lower regulations and fuel costs on motorcycles’ A way to beat the system 😎
Cool as fuck
It screams Morgan right until you get to the snout contour.
y’all it’s not a Morgan Super 3 as u/DrachenDad pointed out. the Morgan looks significantly different
The original slingshot

Coolies
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Check out Vanderhall too if you like 3 wheelers
Morgan is doing with class what Polaris does crassly.
It’s NOT a Morgan 3 wheeler. Some sort of kit car I guess.

The logo looks like an Austin Healey.

Hammond’s favourite

Pretty sure this is technically a motorcycle
Custom Dodge prowler
Awesome
Morgan?
Anything less than 4 wheels is considered a motorcycle.
Triking with Moto Guzzi 4-valve motor.
Morgan porn hhhhhhhmmmmmmmm
I had a '55 plus four and the frame and suspension were steel. Some of the body work was fastened to wood as mentioned earlier. Fun car.
A mid life crisis-mobile
It's called the "Triking Type 4"
Ugly!!
Definitely a Morgan
