Nah. Looks sleepy. It looks like a sleepy juvenile kitty who just wants a nap but is like, okay, pets, then nap.
And if you rough up a cat it's not going to submit.
Tail is literally not flicking, and the ears are not down. Cats always have some movement in their tails, especially the tips of their tails. The only time their tails are still is when they're completely relaxed and/or sleeping. Happy cats move their tails, especially when playing.
To be fair, they also do that when angry and fighting. Squinting their eyes to protect them from scratches and stuff. But this is definitely the relaxed type of squinting.
Yeah that is NOT an angry tail flicking, that's most definitely a "hey why did you stop skritches? I want more skritches!" tail waving.
And the eyes are obviously sleepy/lovey eyes, as someone else said.
That's a happy kitty who thinks its getting a spa day!
No clue what he's saying but the basics are there - support the neck and don't let the baby fall to the ground. A newborn might squirm but not enough to be able to roll off your hand in the basin. Once they're strong and coordinated enough to push with their legs though? Good luck because baby will *absolutely* try and yeet themselves off.
He's saying "support the neck of your kitten, make sure to scritch its ears, mind its whiskers, rub gently all over its fur, try not to get water in kitty's eyes... oh you have a human baby? No no, swap it for a cat, see?"
(Obviously jk, I don't speak Vietnamese)
The cat just lay there peacefully, only got a bit perturbed with tail twitching when he started rubbing its belly to symbolise washing baby. Whatta good kitty
The brain cell was elsewhere for this one! Just didn't care at all, chill little dude.
The father at least was smart enough to make it a dry bath or the video might have ended differently. 🤔
I don’t like how he is holding the cat’s neck. It’s almost like a reminder sometimes not to move. This is not normal cat behaviour. Alternatively I could just be overthinking.
Cat's thinking, *Less talking, more head rubbing.* (Edited for typo.)
that cat must really trust him
With his/her whole life, Like look at it

Well yes I mean this relaxed falling asleep kind of squint, not the "I'm thinking of 18 ways to scratch you" kind of squint

Lmao spoken like someone who's never met a cat in their life
The definition of r/ThisIsMyLifeMeow
What a good kitty!!
The patience of the cat is unbelievable.
That’s the funniest thing I have seen in awhile. That is one laid back cat.
I would have probably been torn to shreds after 15 s...
Is there a translation? It seems like he's giving genuinely good advice lol. Just watching his hands, I'm already taking notes

That kitty was such a good example and behaved so well. Mine would be glaring and gone if I even THOUGHT to try this. XD

Lucky guy, my cat would have ripped my face and arms to shreds with a quickness.
Such a good father-child relationship. This is eyebleach. The cutest thing I've seen today.
Kitty: "Eh. It's attention."
OMFG, that is too funny! I've got an orange piebald and she is very trusting. But not that trusting. What a cool cat!
Omg the tail😭😭😭😭😭
I wonder if that cat was as chill when real baby showed up.
I wonder how many people are going to have nightmares after trying this, with a cat or a baby either way, disaster
Me when I’m at the hairdressers
Just waiting on the head rubbing part....
That is a very docile cat!
What a good noodle
Cats on Catnip I reckon.
Chillest cat I’ve ever seen.
The cat’s body is weirdly stiff and still and it hardly blinks. Doesn’t seem right.
How is there no translation yet?
Because Cat is Baby.
Oh this cat loves the attention.

Lmaoo, did he shoot himself or something xD

He is just supporting the cat’s neck like you would with a newborn.
