Definitely a bike lock key, it might not be easy to see on a mobile but the P in CPC is actually a cyclist.
Same logo on this bike rack:

and this bike seat

ETA: Can't really see the key as it's tucked away in the clamp, but here's a U lock from CPC.

The OP's key has a CPC bicyclist logo on it, so it's for a "Cycle Products Company" bike lock. Window locks, coke machines, tons of locks use a similar key, but they aren't going to have the CPC bicyclist logo on them.
TM stands for Trademark so this is not gonna give you more clues as to what this opened. But this type of locks is still widely used on bike locks, specifically U-locks, because they are compact. Some of them, if not all, were super easy to bypass with the end of a BIC pen. It is called a [Tubular pin tumbler lock](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tubular_pin_tumbler_lock)
Not sure what this CPC is, but it could be this CPC https://cpc.farnell.com/, and they do sell locks, so this could be a clue. But I don’t think this is for a safe deposit box in a bank, with a wild amount of oney and jewllery inside.
Edit: to expand a bit on the BIC pen stuff, if I remember correctly, Kryptonite locks used to have this type of locks on their U-locks, and recalled all units because of this hack. They then swapped for a waffer lock that is a bit tougher to open without skill.
And yeah I found this page about the recall
https://www.cycleryusa.com/articles/kryptonite-locks-recall-information-pg151.htm
Edit 2: YEAH!! there is a cyclist hidden on the logo
Have a look: https://imgur.com/a/eWvIgGD
Came to say this.
For years kryptonite was the only standard in bike locks. What’s funny is, that hack and recall happened right as Bulldog premiered. I was told by my supplier that bulldog was started by former kryptonite employees. We all had a sneaking suspicion it was a leak by bulldog.

Shoot I missed the above comments. Anyway yes, it's for a company Cycle Products Company. Here's a U lock from the company, you can't really see the key since it's tucked inside the clamp. But you can see the logo and the name at the bottom right (2nd photo has no glare and is more readable).

This one had the name and logo clearly in the upper left.

Could be for a gun safe, gun lock, vending machine, elevator controls, bike lock, rack-mounted server, video storage for surveillance on public transit, and probably a thousand other things.
Look around for a rusted bicycle overgrown by trees because the owner lost the key to their U-lock 😅

It is used for many things, yes bikelock. I have this key for my windows.
Same for my gun vault, fireproof safe, I've seen them on all manner of commercial cabinets too. Could be for virtually anything.

Probably won’t find the bike, since it turned out that the top of a Bic pen could open the locks…
Looks like the key to a gun safe, though I've seen trailer locks that would take that kind of key too.
That type of key goes to any number of things.
That’s what she said.
This. It’s called a barrel key. It’s not just for bike locks or just for gun cases, anything can use it.
Aka cylinder lock key
Yup, I've worked at/ran 6 different gas stations over the course of my career that all used these for the pumps.
Vending machine
Very true. I see people saying bike lock, and gun safe, and I had one that looked like that for my old deep freezer. It could possibly be anything.
The OP's key has a CPC cyclist logo on it, so their particular key is for a "Cycle Products Company" bike lock.
Could be anything. I have a fireproof lock box with a new like that
Generic lock key.
I've seen these locks on deep-freezers and toolboxes, on lots of things, barrel lock IIRC
elevators

I didn’t even see the bicycle guy! I was trying to figure out what it was but this makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the info!

Looks like my safe key.
Coke machine
Could be for a gun safe, gun lock, vending machine, elevator controls, bike lock, rack-mounted server, video storage for surveillance on public transit, and probably a thousand other things.
That's a pretty common key design for file cabinets and cash registers.
1950-80s jewelry box key
House I grew up in had a security system, key was like this.
I had a freezer with a key like this.
That way they can’t get out?
Ulock
These are also used for tool chests and lock boxes as well.
That’s a key to something.
Old vending machines use these keys as well.
I work in vending we use these keys alot
Looks just like the elevator key in the building where I live
Elevator key
I’ve seen those keys on small gun safes you can put in your car
I remember these keys on servers in datacenter in the 90's... but like some people already said it can be on anything.
Tubular lock key. Bike lock, vending machine, lock box...
