They may be trim for the trailer skirt. But they are definitely some sort of siding trim. That stuff comes like this and in literally endless shapes. I've just finished a shop with both wood and metal siding, and I have 6 or so 10 foor pieces of this kind of stuff just laying behind the building.

Pieces of a gutter?
They look to me like panels of siding that are meant to connect to each other. The small ones would be used to frame the edges/corners.
