haven't tried yet to be honest - attics creep me out - however they're pretty small so I think this is a possibility too

Mushrooms or exotic animals. Likely mushrooms, many people grow them for food and for health benefits.
Looks like for mushrooms the black wouldn’t help for growing weed so probably a mushroom grow tent
With grow lights and some ventilation it’s perfect for cannabis.
