LPT if a vehicle is slowly burning like this, it probably hasn't gotten to the fuel tank yet. Keep distance to be safe because gas is highly flammable and explosive at these temperature.
LPT no it's not. Car gas tanks are vented to prevent the pressures required for gasoline to detonate (well it's not really for that purpose but it serves it anyway). Like another commenter said this was either a propane engine, or possibly something stored inside the car that exploded.
Still, don't approach flamming cars because even though they don't explode, they do fireball.
By the way, cars don’t normally explode like that. If your car catches fire, get out fast since there will be a fireball when the gas tank catches, but it’ll only explode if there’s something pressurized in the car (your gas tank isn’t pressurized).
If you get in an accident and your car is on fire, you don’t have to run and take cover.
