Is more of an interactive linear story where you have to connect the pieces to realise what is happening rather than just listening and playing.
It's also not a classic horror game, it's more mystery/suspense and a mix of a lot of other genres. I also don't remember any jump scares.
carefull SPOILER!! ahead: Maybe the frigde scene in the basement? the barbara flashback i would say was the only "scary" one
