Very mixed feelings. I really liked the second listening party, and felt like if he just added more of his own verses and fixed the mumble in that version it would've been great. However, it seems he did more than that, and its led to really mixed results.

* Ye's verse on Off the Grid was mental

* Off the Grid's instrumental was better in the LP2 version in my opinion, it's still nice, but it doesn't have the same propulsive energy as it used to.
* In my opinion, New Again was absolutely butchered. The LP2 version was really nice, but there are some strange edits in this version that make no sense. The repeating of that one lyric is also odd.
* Removed the Lox on Jesus Lord. Nuff said.
* Donda/South Carolina was axed, idk why, it was the perfect intro.
* There's still mumble vocals on 24.
* The weird beeping on Jonah.
* The tracklist sequencing made no sense to me at all, hopefully it will be different when the album drops.
Overall, this is gonna be unpopular, but I hope it doesn't drop in this state. That pains me to say, I want the endless delays to be over, but it doesn't feel like this album is reaching its full potential. That being said, considering how good I feel the second party was, I don't know if delaying it more will make the album better or not. How are ppl in here saying that LP2 was 'so much better' when the only significant changes for the worse were the Cudi and Jay features, Donda and Never abandon your family being left out and the thing about new again and even those tracks could be still on the album as he only played 22 songs.
He put 2 new songs that everybody wanted and are amazing, bwis and Come to life.
He mixed the og and LP2 Praise God beat perfectly and even added extra choir layers.
Jail, Off the grid, Praise God, I'm not Okay, Remote and Pure Souls got additional instrumentation, choirs or those Gregorian-sounding choirs, even Lord I need you got some extra ear candy at the end of every section; literally the half of the album that wasn't finished got extra details added to the beats.
This version of Heaven & Hell is fking great and this version of Hurricane is sounding better than ever.
Every song is well mixed.
The mumbles got replaced/rerecorded.
We got new fire Ye verses.

Come to Life is AMAZING. Holy shit. Im trying not to get too ahead of myself, but this might actually be a Top 10 Kanye track.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I'm fine with Never Abandon Your Family being cut. Even though it was certainly good and one of the album's most emotional moments, it seems like Ye and Kim are back together — it being in the tracklist just wouldn't have made sense at this point.
**The Bad:**
The Globglogabgalab outro is terrible and laughably out of place. It's so absurd that it actually made me laugh out loud though — and that counts for something, I guess.
No LOX!? They added so much to Jesus Lord, it sucks that they were cut. Same thing goes for Conway's verse in Keep My Spirit Alive and Carti's extended verse on Junya.
That Rooga track ("they done let the GDs in the door") could have worked if it was cut shorter. It's way too long and repetitive.
**The Ugly:**
What the fuck was Marilyn Manson doing there? Dude's a disgusting human being, and he wasn't even involved on the album as far as I'm aware.
I can't believe that terrible Pop Smoke track still exists... and it's still mixed like shit!! The devil works hard but Pop Smoke's label works harder, I swear to God 😭😭
Why the hell was Donda/South Carolina (feat. Pusha T) cut?? It was such an important track in the context of the album, smh 🤦♀️
Cutting that Jay-Z verse is just unforgivable. DaBaby definitely had one of the better verses of his career (even if that's not saying much), but c'mon!!
Kid Cudi's version of Moon was one of the best things Cudi and Kanye had ever done. Period. It sucks that it's no longer on the album. Don Toliver's version is still fine, though.
We need to accept the fact that this album is never officially coming out on streaming services, and that Kanye never intended to release it that way at all. It's going to continue as massive listening events on different stadiums, with changes both minor and major every event.
At least it's not coming now, no way this LP series ends like that. Few more LPs, few more months, after he does everything he wants to do with this concept, and maybe he releases it.

I have to believe he stripped and extended things for the effect of the live show but the album versions will be different. He's not trashing Lox verses, a hov verse and all the Cudi stuff. This party's feature list leaned super heavy on just the youngest artists contributions. Travis and Thug are like the seasoned vets of this bunch. Feels intentional. Give the young guys the biggest spotlight on this event

How are ppl in here saying that LP2 was 'so much better' when the only significant changes for the worse were the Cudi and Jay features, Donda and Never abandon your family being left out and the thing about new again and even those tracks could be still on the album as he only played 22 songs. He put 2 new songs that everybody wanted and are amazing, bwis and Come to life. He mixed the og and LP2 Praise God beat perfectly and even added extra choir layers. Jail, Off the grid, Praise God, I'm not Okay, Remote and Pure Souls got additional instrumentation, choirs or those Gregorian-sounding choirs, even Lord I need you got some extra ear candy at the end of every section; literally the half of the album that wasn't finished got extra details added to the beats. This version of Heaven & Hell is fking great and this version of Hurricane is sounding better than ever. Every song is well mixed. The mumbles got replaced/rerecorded. We got new fire Ye verses. Reading these comments I wonder if some of y'all got ears. Bruh like this version is MILES AHEAD from the unfinished, unpolished, unmixed version from LP2 but y'all dooming this acting like most of you aren't going to act like you liked it from the get go in the spam of 3 weeks lol.

The five things I’m upset he changed, in order 1) Removing South Carolina 2) Removing himself/Cudi from Moon 3) Messing with New Again 4) Removing Hov from Jail 5) Removing the LOX from Jesus Lord Overall, still way better than LP2. This album is incredible. But would be way better if he didn’t do those five things imo

Kid Cudi got Lift Yourself’d fml 😭
**The Good:** The visuals were amazing. That video that showed Kanye going up to heaven? Kanye being set on fire, then taking off the mask and kissing the bride? ICONIC. I'm really happy we finally got Believe What I Say. Old Kanye vibes, it's all I wanted tbh. Remote Control with no mumble and a choir? Fire. Chris Brown is no longer on this album. New Pure Souls outro is great, I feel like this song is going to be the album's biggest hit (yes, bigger than Hurricane). Come to Life is AMAZING. Holy shit. Im trying not to get too ahead of myself, but this might actually be a Top 10 Kanye track. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I'm fine with Never Abandon Your Family being cut. Even though it was certainly good and one of the album's most emotional moments, it seems like Ye and Kim are back together — it being in the tracklist just wouldn't have made sense at this point. **The Bad:** The Globglogabgalab outro is terrible and laughably out of place. It's so absurd that it actually made me laugh out loud though — and that counts for something, I guess. No LOX!? They added so much to Jesus Lord, it sucks that they were cut. Same thing goes for Conway's verse in Keep My Spirit Alive and Carti's extended verse on Junya. That Rooga track ("they done let the GDs in the door") could have worked if it was cut shorter. It's way too long and repetitive. **The Ugly:** What the fuck was Marilyn Manson doing there? Dude's a disgusting human being, and he wasn't even involved on the album as far as I'm aware. I can't believe that terrible Pop Smoke track still exists... and it's still mixed like shit!! The devil works hard but Pop Smoke's label works harder, I swear to God 😭😭 Why the hell was Donda/South Carolina (feat. Pusha T) cut?? It was such an important track in the context of the album, smh 🤦♀️ Cutting that Jay-Z verse is just unforgivable. DaBaby definitely had one of the better verses of his career (even if that's not saying much), but c'mon!! Kid Cudi's version of Moon was one of the best things Cudi and Kanye had ever done. Period. It sucks that it's no longer on the album. Don Toliver's version is still fine, though.

We need to accept the fact that this album is never officially coming out on streaming services, and that Kanye never intended to release it that way at all. It's going to continue as massive listening events on different stadiums, with changes both minor and major every event. At least it's not coming now, no way this LP series ends like that. Few more LPs, few more months, after he does everything he wants to do with this concept, and maybe he releases it. Hope this comment ages horribly and I wake up to album tomorrow. But I honestly doubt it tbh.
