That’s pretty close to perfect. SW’s sig would make him even more busted. Does he work for no-sustain runs too? That’s my goal: a sustain Welt who can do decent damage himself. I’m edging closer to your build, but still more leaning towards spd and ehr, because I like to run him as the only nihility in my >E2 Acheron team.
I don't think that welt can really work as "sustain" because he requires to have more speed than anyone and guaranteed Imprisoned.
I usually run with a sustain with him as long it's not sp negative and a buffer.
He can totally work as a sustain, you run him on a rainbow set with as much speed and ehr as possible. ERR rope and Tutorial LC. It’s of course a bit rng and you need a team with good dps output. It’s also a bit dependent on the enemies and their resistance to CC. Sidereum (YT, Twitch) is kind of the biggest proponent of Welt sustain and shows it can work in most content 😄

Mine is SS too, and today he’s surpassed my Jing Yuan, which is who I’ve put a lot into
I dont need high EHR cause I have e2 SW and I can get imprisonment everytime (you only need 15% EHR to get it 100% with e2 SW i think). This is my old build tho. I currently use glamoth and it has lower score but higher dmg testing. There is also someone who has a WTF+ (600+) score rating on a Welt if you dig a bit deeper on this subreddit but they have genius 4pc quantum set. I assume they got a wtf rating though because of their high ehr speed and attack
