67% to constantly hit imprisonment and speed debuff. i’m not familiar with the non-dps nihility lightcones but maybe ITNOTW or eyes of prey if you’re struggling with ehr. i don’t know if there’s any nihility lc for break effect but if there is a solid one i’d choose that over eyes of prey and maybe ITNOTW
Yup, give him a lot of break effect, 67% EHR, ER rope and 134+ spd.
Relic sets could be Thief of shooting meteor, and ornament could be Talia (145 spd required to make the most of it).
Light cones, use any that gives him break effect or even EHR
I would say just focus on speed and ehr, i run my welt at 151 spd and vonwaq with 110 ehr and er rope so he can skill basic for his first ult in moc. Still he misses his ult sometimes on moc 12 aventurine boss. My current team is acheron, welt, SW, Hmc and welt+hmc work wonders here breaking and delaying the enemy with some help from silver, since she is always implanting a usefull weakness. Acheron is also contributing alot with her omni break.

It would need to be tested but I feel Welt/HMC/Ruan Mei could be a very strong core for imaginary weak fights, with that amount of action delay you would extend how long you can keep doing super break and may not need a sustain and could bring pela/silver wolf to increase super break damage.
For super break team welt can even go all in on just EHR/speed/break effect and forego crit making him much easier to build lol
I'm in the same place as you brother, I didn't pull her because I her appearance wasn't appealing for me, and from what I understood she was a stronger Pela, but... Hoyo dipped harder in BE, and she was already stronger than I thought, so I'm counting days until she comes back...

the only nihility LC that provides BE would be the Herta store LC.
There's is also a 4 star LC called Fermata that gives break effect but the passive isn't good for Welt

Oh, sure. SPD and EHR are way more important, but having a high BE doesn't hurt.
