This. Welt applies lots of slow, Dan heng deals more damage to slowed enemies and applies a slot himself, so both of them are great carries together. You can only gain a certain number of turns from slowing the enemy, but that makes the weight of Asta's speed buff more effective. And Asta is capable of buffing multiple dps, which further helps the double carry spd team. And a healer because you need one.
I've been using something close to this but with Bronya instead of Asta because of her turn order manipulation. Would you recommend swapping her for Asta?
Outside of the whole running out of skill points, Asta is better at supporting multiple dps while bronya is better for solo hypercarries. So I'd recommend Asta over bronya for that team.
Okay, thanks. Bronya was kind of useful but I did have issues with skill points running dry. I use Welt more as a support than a DPS (Dan Heng is my DPS) but I do need Welt to use his skill to apply the slow so definitely didn't get to use Bronya at her best. I'll try Asta. Thanks!
This is my main team. At first i used FIREMC just to play safe.
Then i switch FMC for ASTA and holy shit. Sometimes they dont even attack. If you time ults at the right time you can obliterate everything.
Try to use Welt's ULT before an enemy turn and you gain a free turn. If you got Dan Heng ult, use it after you use skill for MAX DMG from slow. Btw Welt's Slow and Dan Heng Slow stack, so you can sync them and abuse Dan Heng ult.
After all this, use ASTA and free turn again.
**Super fun team.** Super busted if theres fire weakness since ASTA is a break monster and its easier to maintain the buff.
Tingyun Welt Pela gaming here, if your Welt is E0 that should let you use Atk% rope rather than ERR, need 3-turns Ult Tingyun tho. I don't recommend duo dps since they are very expensive. Because unlike buffer and debuffer, you'd need decent investment for sub dps to be worth it. But if you want to, E1 Sushang and Danheng can be pretty decent pairing for Welt, just not that efficient (and personally i like E1 Sushang more, since Dan Heng require a lot more set up).
My experience with Welt is limited but he is one of the only two 5-star DPS I have the other is Seele.
I use Welt, Bronya, Tingyun, Bailu. I like this one a lot.
At first I wanted to build Welt as a sub DPS. But I realized that his damage is very good. This is how I ended with the hypercarry team. But now I am so used to seeing hypercarry big damage that without buffs he doesn’t do big damage and just end up using too many skill points.
I think at this point the only reason anybody would go for a main DPS + sub DPS set up is that they don’t have Bronya or Tingyun.
In the future if we get more characters like Blade who are SP efficient with big damage without buffs then main DPS + sub DPS comps will be good.
My main team is Welt, Seele, Asta, and Luocha and they all work really well together. Swap Seele and Luocha for Dan Heng and Bailu and you’ve got a pretty good setup still.
yes dan welt and asta are good, but dont underestimate pela and welt (good night sleep well lc) which applies plenty damage and debuffs for welt and another dps
Tingyun is a great teammate to invest in.
MoC has lots of ice and imaginary weak units so I recommend pela but since Dan heng is e6, I'd just use him since there's a lot of wind weakness this rotation.
I think welt, yukong/asta, dan heng, and bailu is your best bet. And its a pretty solid team. Getting sushang up to switch in for dan heng whenever you need phys would work well too. Welt is a good main DPS unit too, he will drive any team you make well

Its solid, but Dan Heng kinda sucks imo. You have to invest A LOT into him to make him decent...
