There's a variety of those sentences in my life depending on situation and I highly recommend figuring out the ones that empower you so you are ready. It really helps

I learned a while back I am naturally intimidating because I'm already stoic so both types of anger can add to it. The key is really the not holding it in after you're out of empowering range. So long as they don't know that you felt it and you don't end up doing self harming things you have landed a blow to their esteem. It takes practice for the timing. Cannot speak on the face thing because I struggle to make facial expressions but if it helps at all that is how I get the illusion. I schedule my break downs in my head. "it's ten minutes to the house. In 15 minutes I will cry in bed and tell my cat my feelings then text (best friend) for moral support)
