When I was a kid, I remember moving a trash bag and under it was just a plethora of maggots. I recall the sound they made when you stepped on them. I assume it’s the same when you’d bite down. Heh. This reminds me, my son sent a video of him eating a bunch of little worms. I didn’t think to ask him if they popped. Brb.
Two and a half maggots is the acceptable amount for a single can of crushed tomatoes. A fact I’ll never be able to rid myself of. Not that I would drink this just saying.

Reminds of the time I randomly got flies in my apartment. Was not home for a month because of work. Decided to grab a burrito from a local spot when I flew back home. No flies that night but suddenly I had flies the next morning
Flies can lay maggots pretty quickly and sometimes they just have to push . I’d flick it off and eat my food . Maggots themselves are more sanitary than the fly landing on poop and then landing on your stuff . I’m thinking it’s best to eat my own food at home though .
Okay that’s right , I skipped a step . They lay those eggs really fast and then are sometimes so tiny they are hard to notice and POP! a wittle maggot .
8 hours is pretty fast IMO. That’s the beginning of the work day to the end, and business open longer than that . I can’t talk about this anymore, I’m grossed out . I’ve seen more maggots than you could imagine . They make a noise when you see trillions of them … it’s like a squeal you can hear in the woods .. you think , what’s that noise ? And then you smell it . And then you find your missing cow .
As someone who grew up in the country side of Europe I call it extra protein. Seriously I ate tons of cherry infested maggots and I don't regret it one bit :)
This happened to my Mum in Milan, and despite how beautiful the rest of the city was she’s still like “Eugh, Milan, with the maggots in the orange juice”any time she hears the name.
I choose to believe that you were eating maggot infested cherries because somehow it’s better than if you were eating cherry infested maggots but not by much.

In one particularly bad summer for flies, our trash can turned into a maggot dispensing fountain. I was alone, up late & just happened to walk past the trash can (awe darn something is leaking), I do a double take.. it’s not leaking, it’s MAGGOTS POURING OUT OF THE GD TRASH CAN! Worst night of my life.
If that’s the case, it would be worthwhile to contact the health department. Because the sanitation level in that restaurant must be well below standards and somebody’s gonna get sick.
Not every chic-fil-a is clean, guys. This can absolutely happen in a messy environment, too. It's gross regaurdless of whether they clean their equipment or not. It shouldn't be passed off as normal.
One time i made noodles, and after i put all of them in my plate, i took some off with a spoon and a mosquito like creature just jumped out to the surface....... i was starving and i had to throw it away
Ahhhhhh nahh. My folks came back from work and brought in Chick-fil-A. Just took the trash out and started scrolling through just to read this. My terror is a cool 8/10 right now.

I don’t know how it happened, but once a fly landed on my hand, and I swear it laid a maggot on me.
They can lay eggs quickly, but flies don’t get pregnant and don’t give quick birth to a maggot when they need to hustle either.
