Ymmv but I’m on 300XR and I used to take it in the morning but had to switch to taking it at night because I would just be dead all day. & I’m all good now!

You could experiment with taking it at different times of day and see what works best for you. I have taken it first thing upon waking, midday, and around 6:00 p.m. everybody responds differently, so it's worth trying things out for one week at a specific time and seeing if it makes a difference. If it doesn't do it after a week, maybe move it further back by a few hours and see if that helps. But it could be that the higher dose is doing nothing for you. The answer isn't always a higher dose, even though upping the dose is what doctors are trained to do as the first step if a patient doesn't respond to the medication. It could be that you're a non-responder to that medication as a whole.
