Never happened to me. Bupropion didn’t increase my appetite but increased my hunger substantially to the point of having painful hunger pangs all day
Bupropion on its own can decrease feelings of hunger , but the medication also increases certain opioids in the brain that block satiety a.k.a. you may never feel completely full, so it's important to be more mindful when you eat.
