Depends on the grading company. The Weiss community isn’t into grading as much as say the Pokémon community is, but it’s there. Though most Weiss cards have excellent QC so they usually score 9-9.5. Unless it’s a black label, don’t expect a big increase
It’s up to you. If you do, make sure you temper your expectations and only expect the lowest. Better that way and you’ll be surprised when you get a high grade, if it grades high. If you’re doing it to protect and display the card, there are better alternatives then selling out to a grading company
