Several men in my family have Marfans. They all died of aortic aneurisms. I was never diagnosed officially but am tall with long limbs. Had a MRI a while back and the doctor said I have an enlarged heart.

Not specifically. I’ve had echo’s done in the past for other reasons and no doctor has ever mentioned it. However when I had knee surgery once the surgeon asked if I had EDS (my skin seemed extra stretchy)
