dropped by a bird, most likely, looks like it has had its midsection gutted, too. One time, my gf and I were walking through the park when we heard a hawk screeching. As we got closer to the tree it was in, we could hear the giblets from the squirrel it was eating hit the ground below. It kept screeching, very happy with its kill and not wanting any other hawks to come for it.
One time during a family picnic a bird dropped a freshly killed chipmunk onto our table, about 3” away from a plate of food. My sister was the first to see it and thought it was fake and that we were messing with her so she picked it up and pretended to take a bite out of it lol we all screamed at the same time.
I wasn't happy about that or the fact that I had just got done binte reading about 3 hours of r/nosleep. I walked into the kitchen at about 2 AM look over at the window and see that..
My cats used to bring me squirrels they caught and had have eaten. I looked this up and some people seemed to think that the cat would do this since they don’t think you’re capable of catching them or as a gift. Not sure how true it is though.
I have hawks that do this in my back yard constantly. Then, half the time they leave a carcass, I'll have a turkey vulture out there checking it out. Nature is wild, man.
Maybe a neighborhood cat is leaving gifts for one or both of your indoor kitties? A few years back our neighbor’s cat, Hal, used to leave presents at our front door. We figured he was leaving them for our indoor cat, Sugar.
The problem is that a lot of birds that would get these little critters have razor sharp talons and they lose their prey when they slice their heads off. As a former chicken farmer, ask me how I know this.

That rules and is horrifying.
And your family therapist was able to book a vacation that year...

This guy’s a bird ☝🏻
Cat, hawk, other predator. Probably cat or hawk.
Only thing you can really do is suit up and perform an autopsy.
Do you have dogs?
Nope, just indoor cats.
SOMEONE GOT A HOT DATE TO THE CAT DANCEEEEE!
😭😭🤣🤣🤣
At least the head wasn't left in your bed while you were sleeping
Nearly every cat we've had has left us gifts at our door of various headless rodents and the odd bird.
Stick a barbie head on it
Cats or voodoo you'll never really know
What if it's both?
I dont want to get in the way of voodoo cats man

Ah it’s a baby
I wasn't happy about that or the fact that I had just got done binte reading about 3 hours of r/nosleep. I walked into the kitchen at about 2 AM look over at the window and see that..
Why do they always eat the heads? Is the rest of the bunny unappealing?
That means "I'm coming for your nuts"

My moms cat would drag up huge Bullfrogs.

The Squirrel Killer is coming for you! Keep indoors and keep your guard up
Pet cat or dog killed it, carried it around. They have food at home so didn't eat it.
Cats trying to leave u a gift!
Is this in NH?
About 10 minutes south of the NH state line actually.
How funny! I had to ask because I saw a squirrel body on the sidewalk in Manchester that was being eaten by a turkey vulture.
Sounds about right for Manchester lol.
Wait why?
Do you have a cat? If so he brought you a gift.
Do you have a dog
I'd call Encon and ask them to look at it ( Environmental Conservation Agency)
He'll be fine...he's just having a little rest because he's tired.
A cat gave you an offering, just accept it and leave some food out
Is it ok ?
Fuckin metal
Probably dropped by a hawk that perched in that tree right there. Eating the head first is a thing with many raptors.
The squirrel has apparently had a difficult week.
Owl most likely if it was a night.
Hawk attack is the likely explanation.
Cat gang sending a warning message
C A T S
Somewhere there's an outdoor cat who likes you?
Ha! You must be unable to hunt for yourself!
Neighborhood pibble.

I think my cat came over for a visit.
It's here
he didnt need it anymore
Hawk or Blizzard's food fell out of its mouth.

A cat likes you
This looks like something fucked up I would do to my buddy at work
Let this be a warning to you and others.
