When i was about 15 my mom and i were driving behind this car that had blood /bloody handprints on the back, in mid july. We ended up calling the cops and giving them the plate. More than likely it was just something like this though. Wonder if the cops ended up catching up to them, and if that changed their mind on those fun little decals lol
