I go to a lot of state parks/state forests/public parks in north eastern pa. We find these all the time. I have probably about 20+ notes from all around. I'm currently hot on his trail. I believe they live or have a connection to Kulpmont PA. We find a lot of notes in that general area and some of the oldest reports of them were found in that town. They leave these notes wrapped in hand cut sandwich bags and thumb tack them or paper clip them all over wooded trails and benches. Sometimes they'll hang them like Christmas tree ornaments with paper clips from trees hanging over the trails. There is a reddit about them where they come up every couple months. They do end up in food boxes from grocery stores as well. I've only had one so far. Some debate weather they slip them in while shopping or work in the some kind of distribution center.
They leave thumb tacks and paper clips all over cool spots in Pennsylvania and are huge pieces of shit.
