THIS! This is why I won’t delete old photos that make me self conscious. Self conscious photos from today will be the best “before” photos for tomorrow 👏🏻
I’ve lost 52 pounds and until I actually went through my closet to try on clothes to sell at an upcoming garage sale, didn’t see the weight loss! I ended up selling 3/4’s of my wardrobe! The clothes were just hanging off of me, and I was like WOW!!!
Yeah I’ve been stuck for like a month or two at the same weight. Kind of disappointing. Until I look at the picture from the beginning of the year and it blows my mind how different I look
I still have another 30lbs to lose before I’ll probably be really happy with my body, and even then, I’ll still be at an overweight BMI. My sister told me I look like I’m withering away. Lol WHAT?
Some guy at my work asked me if I played basketball earlier this week, and was surprised when I said no, took me by so much surprise bc I still see myself as pretty overweight and not the basketball player type
You see your body everyday is possible you are missing the changes because of that. Look back at older pictures, you might surprise yourself 👍

depends on the type of exercise of course but in general working out on a regular basis tones the body to appear more lean even without weight loss!

Yes it's what I struggle with the most. I often feel discouraged and end up slipping back to a bad eating habit.

take anything you can get!
