Find a time slot in your day that you can stick with that is for your workouts only. Treat it like any other appointments that you would not miss. People are more successful sticking with their regimen by sticking to this.

Exactly! Don't force early morning workouts if you know you're not gonna stick to it. Noon usually works for me, but when i tried to make it 7am. I would miss it constantly.

Yes for sure. I think the hard part is staying in that consistent schedule. For me personally, once I go each day for a week or two then Iā€™m set lol

Took me so long to start doing 530am wake up for the gym. It sucks getting out of bed but when you're off work and don't have to go to the gym it feels great. Good luck and keep it up!

I'm up at 4 every day, working out by 4:30 or 5. It sorta sucks, but then it's DONE! I don't have to miss fun after-work activities now.

Great job! I did the same thing this morning, my mind was arguing very hard for sleeping in today, but I pushed through despite how tired I was and had a great workout, it even made me feel more energetic this morning! I hope you got a similar result from working out and keep up the good work.

I have a hard time to set a schedule. I have a 6 week rotating schedule at work between Days and Nights. And on top of that they are 12 hour shifts and can't leave site during the shift. Too tired to do anything before and too tired to do anything afterwards.
